Hi thanks for doing this video. Three Qs: 1#Can you start sampling at anytime/anywhere on the unit/like when tweeking internal settings or real-time FX/scatter play? 2#Can you freely jump between the trim/sample edit window and pads? (re-edit sample /start/end /loop points time stretch etc? 3#Can you assign a sample chop to pad layers from the trim sample window, or do you have to scroll through menus? Thx!✌️🔊🔊
Hey Jey, that should work out of the box. When you record a sample then you can then create a clip somewhere and press: SOUND. Then you can choose WAVE FILE and select the sample. You can then play it chromatically and even modify it like any other sound.
Thanks Todd nice tutorial looking forward to the next tutorial 😀
Thank you. I hope to have one out on Sunday!

Great work, very clear explanation.
Can you affect the kalimba sound to the pad keys so that every note is a different pitch of the original sample ?

It's a Philips VoiceTracer. Quite sensitive. It's good, though i don't know how it compares to the small Zoom FRs
