What are the best wild mushrooms to use. How about porcini, maitake or oyster mushrooms? Any favorites?

For me the best combination is Cauliflower Mushroom (Sparassis Crispa) + Chanterelle mushrooms, or even better, but harder to find Tawny Milkcap (Lactifluus Volemus) + Chanterelle mushrooms

I don't know about eating wild mushrooms I mean I don't want to eat any kind of wild s*** I want my s*** domesticated
