- Second try at uploading this. For some reason my original lossless AVI upload was stuck in UA-cam's "processing will begin shortly" stage.
Anyway, dawn patrol at Millbury; followed by Clay Center, Graytown, Port Clinton, and Amherst in I'd say early spring 1999. The overpass that was the vantage point at Amherst has since been removed.
So glad you include the GRS G signals at work in this video, they are all gone now. Thanks for the video record of the way the New York Central built the Buffalo to Chicago line in 1955.

Did those early Amtrak Genesis have a different horn variation on them? They always sound more crisp than the ones today.
