Try cleaning Ram and turn on
Use pencil eraser for it
That last option is pretty irresponsible. DO NOT disable all non-Microsoft services. It will lead to crippling problems with your PC. This guy is clearly NOT an expert.

In one instruction , using. Msconfig, then opening system config, then using general tab, instructor untucked the functions under selective start up, and then windows did not work, he shd have told to u#e normal start up, later about services, I had to hide all services, and then there was no way to use Ms config due to icons never appeared
The last point is dangerous. They is Graphics card and processor services there. You can't just disable that
Idk why when it starts, and i enter my password, there is my wallpaper, but no task bar for like 5min, then, even when it appears, my mouse is normal, but everything i do is delayed, like i right click, and kt start smoking lmao

Try restarting the file explorer from task manager

How much ram do you have and do you have an SSD as your main drive
@@ikari_no_edits same here, powerful and new 2 months old HP omen laptop ssd as main, at the first month it was super fast to boot and after some kind of a big update with bios update including slowed it down so much that i have to wait for a minute after typing password to boot up to the main screen...

The last fix will fix your slow startup are right. What nonsense... And notice the fixer never demonstrates the before fix and after fix startup on his PC. He probably reversed everything he did before clicking the restart button.
