    Ragada Chaat
    For boiling white peas (vatana):
    - 250 grams White Peas (Vatana)
    - 1 Potato
    - 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
    - 1 Tsp Salt
    - Water as per required
    For Green Chutney:
    - 1/2 Cup Mint
    - 50 grams Coriander
    - 1 Onion (Roughly Chopped)
    - 4 Green Chillies
    - 1 Tbsp Oil
    - 1 Tbsp Ginger
    - 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
    For Ragada:
    - Boiled White Peas (Vatana)
    - Green Paste
    - Salt as per taste
    For Papdi:
    - 200 grams Refined Flour
    - 50 ml Ghee
    - 1/2 Tsp Carrom Seeds
    - Salt to taste
    - Water as per required
    For Serving:
    - Papdi
    - Ragada
    - Onion (Finely Chopped)
    - Tomato (Finely Chopped)
    - Chaat Masala
    - Pomogranate
    - Nylon Sev
    - Coriander Leaves
    - Green Chutney
    - Gud Imli Chutney
