It's a misconception. If they weren't near mint or mint, you wouldn't have made much cash nowadays anyway. Also their edition, potential for grading and which cards from which set.
Those og cards are masterpieces. Beautiful pieces of craftsmanship. I had a lot of those cards but I just gotta find them.

@@casono well i get he made mistakes but that was all to kill itachi he tried to kill sakura because he believed she was getting in his way all his sins have been caused by lust for revenge then when he found out why itachi did that he wanted revenge on the leaf village for making him kill the uchiha clan thus his plans but the idea of the uchiha massacre was from danzo so anything sasuke has done wrong danzo was the root of it plus he was in team 7 he couldn’t have died the creator wont let that happen since he is one of the main characters however him dying in boruto is a possibilty
This was wholesome. Hearing explanations about cards. It’s easy to get sucked into the competitive side of TCGs, but nothing will ever beat nostalgia.

MRD Summoned Skull looks so cool. Pretty much all my binder cards are old school like yours. My child brain thought that if I got all the cards from the games, then they'd be worth loads since they're not available anymore... I was pretty wrong but at least I have the original Anti Spell Fragrance!

I have a binder like that too. A 4 by 4 monster binder that I hold all my old school cards, some I had back as a kid, and some I repurchased that I used to own as a kid but paid more nowadays. Still fun to save and keep forever

I have the same exact binder. It's crazy how much of these I also had. I either pulled the cards myself or I traded for them at school or with my cousins.

Alex D you can literally buy most of those cards for $30 in the video or so if you look hard enough and buy them in singles they are just reprints from 2010 and up and are worth probably 25 cents to $2 at most 😂 now if you want the REAL OG's good luck 😏

I casually have a 1st ed LOB-E001 Blue Eyes (the European version). I just got nostalgic for YGO a couple of weeks ago and went through my old cards (they weren't even sleeved. There's some minor edgewear and scratches on the holo but it's held up nicely for being in a tin all these years. I've been more of a MtG and Pokémon guy throughout the years.

Those unplayable Egyptian God cards - those take me back!!! One of my brothers got those cards along with the previously broken Crush Card Virus (or Deck Destruction Virus of Deck, as it was known back then) and Dark Paladin (which I for some reason knew it being called 'Super Magical Swordsman') :)

I still have that binder from KB* toys lol also that* Dark Paladin was the reprint of the misprint MFC art and it came in a special edition box that came with both strarter decks (yugi and Kaiba) often found at GameStop or gamecrazy where I bought it
