How to make Peri peri marinade | Peri Peri Sauce

  • This is a step by step video showing you how to make a peri peri marinade which you can enjoy on any meat. Now this is a base recipe which you can add onto or leave as it is. Now this sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce also, but if you are having as a dipping sauce you just need to cook the sauce in a pot for about 10 mins then you can enjoy as a lovely dip.
    This marinade is great on Chicken, prawns etc I hope you enjoy this recipe. Keep in fridge and it will last for months.
    Ingredients:
    In a dry pan roast your red onions and bell peppers.
    1 lime
    White vinegar
    Fresh thyme
    Fresh parsley
    Head of garlic
    1 mild chilli
    2 hot chilli (alter to your taste)
    Tomato & pepper paste
    You can just use tomato purée and add paprika if you don’t have
    Salt to taste
    Olive oil
