Honestly I didn't even really think about mentioning DM. If you normally play at a high enough skill level it's fine, but I think its a bit rough as a warmup due to all the targets usually being pretty small, and oftentimes getting third-partied while in a duel. Like I said though, if you're at a high enough skill level, that's all fine, but for the average player it will usually be a little bit intense if their aim isn't warmed up at all.
I am guessing he means that quickplay only on it's own shouldn't be used for it but like if you want to make sure your aim is good after going to another game use quickplay to check
The rhythem game that you mentioned. Could you possibly provide a steam link? I would really appreciate it since I probably am not spelling it correctly in the store search
Hi, I'm the coach in the vid :) Here's the link to FPoSu, the mod: sites.google.com/view/fposu/ It works best if you install Osu and add songs to that so FPoSu can use your Osu directory as well. Here's vanilla Osu. osu.ppy.sh/home
Can you please give a link to the „osu-like“ game you are talking about, I can’t find it! Maybe it’s because I don’t understand your pronunciation.. :) thanks a lot
It was FPoSu which is now McOsu. Links to both: - FPoSu: sites.google.com/view/fposu/ - McOsu (free on Steam): store.steampowered.com/app/607260/McOsu/
I don't understand why so many people get this 'twitch' where they have to zoom-out right after almost every shot, is it just to get that zoomed-out movement speed or is it something else?
So because of how unique her sleep dart is, the best thing I can recommend doing is the old "practice, practice, practice". I once played a game with only sleep, nade, and punch as ana and we were still able to win. Obviously I missed some sleeps, but I hit them more consistently through the game, and ended up finished with somewhere between 25-30 sleeps. A nice tip to keep in mind though is that since her sleep dart doesnt shoot IMMEDIATELY, you can actually hit it while you're flicking and if you make it to your destination fast enough, you can get the sleep.
How does this help with console aim? So many variables from different games engines. Anybody on console have good info to share, cuz this helps none. Good video but only helps some of the community... too bad
Yep, this video has nothing to do with console aim. Now, for my tips for console players: -Find a *general sensitivity* you like for all characters, of course, but what's most important is to also find what *aim assist window* you want for every character. For me, for example, I have all of my characters on 12 sensitivity (besides rein, winston, and brig). For my aim assist strength, I have 100 for all of them. For the window, however, I have 9 on snipers (widow, ashe, etc) and 40 on tracking characters (soldier, tracer). There are many ways to find these numbers. The simplest way, imo, is to *find the sensitivity you like on call of duty or halo (or any other fps game where you are constantly shooting and doesn't require much strategy) and find the sensitivity relative to that in Overwatch*. You can also just go into the practice range and find what's best for you, but shooting bots is much simpler than other human-controlled enemies. The best way to find the aim assist window you like is to 1. Go into practice range 2. Move your crosshair back and forth across a "standing-still" bot over and over again. 3. continually decrease the aim assist window number until it only slows down your crosshair when you are directly aiming at them, and not when you are aiming right next to them. 4. For sniper characters, narrow it down until you can flick onto the bot's head with little to none aim assist interference. 5. It will take a little getting used to, but it's worth it. -Obviously, the last tip would be to warm up your aim before playing in comp, but that's not really a mind-blowing concept. What I do is spend a few minutes on widowmaker to warm up precise aim, and then spend another few minutes on soldier or tracer to warm up tracking aim. After all that, I personally like to either play arcade deathmatch, or, if deathmatch isn't available, join a "widow headshot only" custom game. -I hope these simple tips help, I'm sorry for explaining it so terribly
ESDF are my movement keys. Basically just WASD, but shifted over one key, so ult is on W, "E" ability is on R, and reload is on T. It's an old school style of binding I decided to use and theres two primary benefits for it for me: 1. My hands are large and helps keep them from getting too cramped up. 2. When I used to play CSGO, I had keybinds for specific nades. Moving my hand over gave me some more keys to use for custom binds.
@@blackfury3467 Oh dont you worry about it lol, there are tons of hardcore PC gamers out there who have asked me the same thing. It's a super old school thing, so it's been roughly 20 years or so since it was a popular choice at all. Most players just stick to WASD (assuming they're right handed) and so that's all they know.

Deathmatch in overwatch is the best imo for warming up and practicing

Can we just talk about the fact is ult is on W for mcree?
So you say dont use quickplay as a warm up, but you then said later that you use quickplay as a warm up.. do we use quickplay or not
I am guessing he means that quickplay only on it's own shouldn't be used for it but like if you want to make sure your aim is good after going to another game use quickplay to check
He said quick play isnt good for training your aim you can still use it to warm up before comp
