It's in the drone shots and the pool area. Some garden front ahead and that's it. What's exactly are you referring to ?
@@TheMarobrothersmy man, the front of the house is always the part where you approach the front door, not the backside where the garden is 🤪
I like the house btw, not a mega mansion but a big house with nice finishes and livable for a family without needing to invite 30 people to not feel extremely lonely😂

Only downside to some expensive properties such as this is the lack of privacy. I get it, location and all that, but for this price I wouldn't expect a house next door to be overlooking the pool that close or a house on the other side able to look directly at the rest of the outdoor space. The proximity to the road is also a privacy issue.

Something about your intros:
I can see a huge improvement in your intros: shots, music and cut all fits very well together.
The dynamic of the music is matching the picture. Well done!
But:
Everytime I feel you never start the video with a greeting like"hi everybody, Marobrothers here" or something.
You start with "I hope you liked the drone shots" or something like that.
That feels like I missed the greeting at the start of the video or you missed it"
I watch your videos since years but this feels all the time a bit off.
I hope this makes sense.

We alternate with intros, many videos have the typical "hi Guys and welcome back to the marobrothers" bla bla bla here come the drone shots! Others just start with the drone details shots. Statistically, the latter works better. You know ppl suffering with attention deficit syndrome these days 🤣 they want straight action.

Ich wollte erst ein Garagenwitz machen aber nach weiterem nachdenken dachte ich Einzelzimmer mit Plattenspieler ist ja gar kein Witz.
13 Mio . 2 car garage und vom Pool schaut man auf das Dach von einem anderen Haus ^^ Genau Mein Humor.. aber die tour war geil

Really nice home. And I also like the turntable idea; it makes parking a lot easier. I am a big fan of these modern houses. Unfortunately there is no privacy. I do have an issue with a staircase where there is only glass around as you do not have something good to grab onto when going up/down and grabbing the glass will leave a lot of fingerprints. For an office room I would have liked to have a window so you can look out. Kitchen is great and looks nice and modern. A nice walkin closet for the master bedroom. At first I was thinking that there were no closets in the room itself but I kinda prefer to have a separate area for that. Great video and very professional quality. And nice to see you again without shoes on :-) Must have been cold on the tiles when walking in I assume? - I had to edit this post to ask something. Would it be possible to maybe create some behind the scenes videos as I am curious what goes into touring these villas? I assume you guys have tight schedules to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible but I have always wondered.

Ich mal wieder. Was stimmt an dem Haus nicht? Ich habe es, bevor Marcel und Kevin ihr Video online hatten, vorher schon von 3 anderen Maklern gesehen.
Der Preis passt einfach nicht. Das Haus ist zwar groß von dem QM her, das Grundstück und der Außenbereich ist aber klein. Man sitzt gefühlt den Nachbarn im Garten. Auf Mallorca willst du für diesen Preis ein großes Grundstück sehen und dieses dann auch nutzen können, das fehlt hier aber komplett. Jemand der so viel Geld ausgeben kann will seine Privatsphäre haben, die bei der Größe nicht vorhanden ist. Man versucht den Preis mit der Lage in Andrax zu rechtfertigen, aber das reicht anscheinend nicht aus.

This is an ok home. The finishes are very basic, standard builder finishes not becoming of a home with that price tag. This is probably one of the simplest
and cheap builder interiors that you guys have toured. Last week’s home was far better and more elegant.
I don’t get the price, makes no sense at all.
Please don't forget when it comes to real estate the most important thing is the location.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I once read a statistic, back in the days when I was still an agent, that on average buyers view over 35 homes. This gives to show that everyone is unique and has different tastes, which is great 🙏

Most houses you are showing are built for adults. If you have children, they need to have desks where they can do their homework. And more space to play on floor.
Hence the first floor, which you can convert into exactly that 😉

@@TheMarobrothers at the beginning of the video we see you talking in front of the house for the garage and then you come in and walk on the carpet at the entrance, indeed it's possible that you made a cut for washing them between outside & inside but I don't believe it too much 😜
I know that for many it's no big deal, but as good half-Japanese, we're meticulous about the use of shoes & slippers 😅
