I do like that building has Chrome hardware on the doors & cabinets in a nice area, too. You're a tall guy, too, almost having to duck under the doors
Loved this condo and price seemed good, but what about parking and maintenance fees
for 2.5 million dollars and you hear Gardner traffic and Porter and AC planes landing and leaving.........i think not....and what are the maintenance fees, is parking included?
2:15, 5:34-- $2.4M for a condo that you neighbor can see into your bedrooms.
You could have saved 7 minutes of time and just walked in did a 360 turn and we would have seen pretty much everything. Millions for an over sized hotel room.
bedrooms are small
I’m with ya! Bedrooms are small in most newer condos and overall they try to sacrifice space to create more condo units to sell. That being said they are lots of detached homes all over the GTA that have similar or even smaller bedroom sizes!
More like a 2.5 Bed +2.5 Bath
The builder fucked this one up, they shouldn’t have built the den/study, the living room is way too small for a $2.5M penthouse. They needed to have a bigger living room with more windows, why go for this property over a unit at shangrila
