what we do here is 1. we find out the stress concentration zone/area. and model that area in detail 3D CAD model. 2. We model only up to connected joints nearby so that we can transfer the joint forces to the 3D mesh model 3. then we measure the joint forces from the beam analysis and manually apply it to the 3D mesh analysis and run the simulation. this will solve quickly than solving the entire model as 3D mesh.
I think something is wrong here - just correct me if i am wrong. Some of the bracings on the front and back faces shows no bending - i can see it on the deformed view. However, ALLL your bracings should have bending, there is no pinned support in your model connection plate has 2 drill holes which prevents all types of degree of freedom. Maybe i missed something in my poor sound quality and small monitor.
