What kind of gloves are you guys using? Full gloves? Any one in particular? Aren't they tiring your forearms too quickly? So far, I've been riding with open-palm mits but can't deal with them in the cold below 8c degrees.

Although I had to skip these days because of injury, but what I see in the video (and also personal experience), some used open palm mits, and some thin cotton gloves/cleaning gloves combination. Cotton gloves for thermal insulation, and cleaning gloves on the top for water proofing. Check on the video, the colorful gloves are all cleaning gloves. From my experience if you find the right size (you should be able to easily make a fist with the gloves) the cotton/cleaning gloves combo is the best, and its feel is close to the barehand feeling!

these are dish washing gloves on top of cloth gloves... working better than the open palm in super cold... muscles are an issue anyway...
