- G'day Legends. For this week's episode I'm back down over the border and meeting up with an old mate from our AFP days and I'm on a promise to find him his bucket list dream fish.....the wahoo. We get plenty of action but can we put a wahoo on the deck?

Thanks Will! Mack Tuna love me mate lol. I can’t seem to get away from them. Nothing beats the colours on a wahoo straight out of the water.

Your spoilt down there with those quick sprint bar crossings. Nice Hoo mate. Wish this crap weather would go and give us a chance.
Thanks for watching mate. Yep, you’ve only got to hold your breath for 100m crossing that bar and then you’re sweet. This weather has buggered almost the full season.

Good to see you posting videos again Rob. Couple of quick questions. Was that Wooli you went out of? How fast are you trolling those lures and do you use wire when you're trolling for wahoo? Thanks mate.
Thanks mate. That’s out of Wooli yes. I troll those Halcos around 8-9 knots depending on conditions. There’s faster lures on the market but wahoo love Halcos. I rig them with 69lb single strand mate.
