I had a big hoo smoke a shark float last year off AC NJ. I luckily had a camera going and it got the hoo launching out of the water with my float in it's mouth 😂😆😂. It sliced through everything 😂. I had to chase my float down and lost my rig. But now that I see this it gives me a new tactic to add to my arsenal. I've implemented a kite with amazing results up here. People think I'm nuts with the way I fish up here. No one uses kite. They all drag plastic lures and feathers. I troll only ballyhoo and out fish them 2 to 1 on a bad day. I try to tell people if you want learn how to fish for our summer visitors you gotta learn from people who have them year round

We have excellent wahoo trolling here in Georgetown sc. Pretty much all year around. Usually not a problem to catch 6 or 10 fish a day.
This is the first time I am coming across your videos.. Amazing.. loved the quality of fishing.. slow steady.. easy .. calm cool talks in between. Really Enjoyed watching this. :) All the information provided was super.1. I have a question .. do you put a cut piece of tuna chunk on the hook and cast it far and let it sink or do you hook a live bait hooked by the tail (where do you hooke them? ) to catch all those Kings and Wahoo on a singe hook ? Do you not use weights at all ? :) Appreciate your response and thank you for the lovely video.

is there a difference as far as texture flavor and color in the meat itself as far as comparing it to the meat of a king fish they both are red meat and is wahoo good smoked like a kingfish
Did you use a mono/floro shock leader? If so what length and test? Also what size wire do you typically use for using spinning gear for wahoo?
I can only watch about five minutes of your show because of all the music in the background hard to concentrate on what you guys were saying when you got all this music playing.

great video guys! I'm seeking my first wahoo. I've caught moose blackens, solid yellows, kings and more but no wahoo. we fish Key West, Islamorada, Lauderdale, etc. Any info to share how to catch them and how far off? Thanks!

don't wahoo and kings cut fluoro? I usually use wire, mono won't work.
