    quang, just remember you were one of the big reasons i kept up with the gym in the first place! the og workouts + eating vlogs were it! dig deep quang!

    You push yourself too much… do less weights/intensity, more regularly. You’ll always end up burnt and will stope, then binge eat. Keep it up! But not too much 😊

    I’ve been working out 3 to 4 days of the week. That’s my goal at the most 3 and will maintain recovery with stretches and warm ups. I workout at home since I cannot afford a gym membership. Commercial gyms in my opinion are boring to me. And a lot of the women like to waste time on the phone. I’d rather be at a boxing gym once I can afford it. If I had a house like yours. I’d be in that basement daily tbh if I could! ❤ my workouts are more calisthenics tho prison workouts . Heavy and high reps. Full body and cardio. So I’m hitting all major body parts. I’m not lifting weights for a while now. 💪🏽

    Don’t do machines, I get bored 😅 instead i do at home cardio, cardio dance, HIIT, weights, tabata… those kinda things I find it more affective for me.
