    Why didnt you freeze the cross hairs on target where u shot and then move cross hairs to the actual point of impact?

    I just found your channel but I'd already ordered the sightmart night vision Wraith 4-32x50. Saw your review of it and I have to tell you what a great job you do. I'm no stranger to guns or optics. Heck, I'm from rural Oklahoma and that should say enough. But the nite optics and thermals are new to me. We have a horrible wild hog problem here and you can kill one every night if you choose. I've had to use other peoples night vision or thermals to hunt or try to get one before dark with my creedmoor at distance. I'm going to be happy with the Wraith but I'll will move up to thermals I think. The 3K cost is a bit much but I'll make my decision after using the sm for a bit.
    Since your vid on my optic was in 2019, can you do a vid on upgrades? Or just mention it on your next video. I have yu subbed and the alert when ever you drop a vid. Anyway, I would be very happy if you could do that on the upgrades I can buy from you for the SM. I've already got the QD but perhaps you guys have better IR or other stuff to make it even better. How do I get a Catalog? I'll check your webpage
    Thanks again for putting together such good instructional vids. Most are not this well done.
    Allen from Oklahoma
    I'll make sure and add your site to some gun chats I'm involved with

    Hi
    Can this optic will be used with .338 LapuaMag?

    • @foxoptic5887
      @foxoptic5887  2 роки тому

      Yes, Pulsar Thermal and digital devices are rated to 6000 joules and don't have traditional style reticle erector assemblies, so basically .up to and including 375 H&H, 300 Weatherby magnum, 300 ultra mag, 12 ga shotgun, crossbow, and air rifles are all acceptable. .338 Lapua Magnum is within their acceptable recoil limit as muzzle energy is very similar to the. 375 HH. (Average gun weights on the Lapua are typically heavier so felt recoil would typically also be much less.)

      @@foxoptic5887 .338 have ~6700 joules. Yes, rifle weight about 9kg, but I know guy, which thermion 2 was destroyed by .338. But on different forums, I saw comments, that Pulsar should work with .338... Ok, I will try and come back with experience)

    When I adding new distance, should I setup zeroing for this distance, or scope will do it for me?

      You have to/get to plot them yourself. You can certainly run ballistics calculations and plot them and you also have individual control of each point. This is actually the more precise method as it allows independent control when they don't perfectly follow the calculations.

    So much for one shot zero 🤦🏻‍♂️

      Zero and group confirmation are obviously 2 different things. I'd say the 1 shot zero did pretty well.
