I use mine a lot and would often find stuff burnt on the bottom of the pot. Heat up some tomato soup and something within the soup I’m guessing the acidity of the tomatoes gets it off pretty good. And you have hot soup!
Great vids. Been working through them as I work remotely. Ever use or consider the military MREs, especially when backpacking in order to save on weight and space? I’ve watched plenty of vids and I don’t see anyone using them. Subsisted on them plenty when deployed and they aren’t low quality. I get not using when car camping, but they seem ideal for backpacking. Thoughts?
I have a Jetboil and love it. Favorite feature is that it boils water very quickly. Least favorite is the cleanup when heating food because it is direct flame on the bottom there is usually scorching. But for liquidy meals it's perfect. Lightweight, too.
Hey chase I’ve seen your other Jetboil videos as well. I’ve been putting off buying one for awhile now. Please tell me how you don’t see to have any problems with your when every other reviewer of them the burner or pot catches fire.
I also heard to keep it a tad warmer, you can wrap duct tape around the cylinder of the fuel canister.
Thanks! A lot of good information. 👍

Jetboil is great for boiling water very fast. Cooking soups, oatmeal, etc. is not so good. Regulating the frame is next to impossible.
so awesome! nice job babe
What long sleeve is that?
