On August 1st, 2022, I escaped the "electric-eye" of the stationary drones over my house; it was the first time in over two years; I went over my back wall to walk to 7-11 at about 1 am during a low-cloud cover rain. They didn't know I was out until their snitch at 7-11 digging in the trash, called me in. I know this homeless dude was a snitch because I had both him and his snitch uncle in my house partying. Honestly, this "escape" is one reason I claim victory from 8/1/22 over the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department (SBCSD, Google this with "excessive force"). I was able to beat their drones; this homeless dude actually is a neighbor of "Gibson and Pals;" homeless boy used to be part of the "street parade" over my back wall of harassers making noise on dirt bikes. It was homeless boy's backpack I recognized from his leaving it at my house; the same backpack introduced me to "Gibson, King of the Detectives" after my Wife snatched it in a sting operation and brought it home. I told her to put it back. Same backpack on dirt bike nuisance, same backpack left at my house, same backpack Gibson said he was going to blow my doors off with C-4 to retrieve for "a poor homeless guy." All these things add up. Now I'm in a "mop-up" operation after their defeats. Cheers.
I recently wrote a Songtext "sorry, no time for the darkness" after a very eye opening telephone call with a narcistic client. She was extremly irritated hearing these words from me, and i never heard from her ever since. The game was and is over ... and so it is ❤

I make no claims to being a sigma male.
My easy-going nature and living my life believing I always had to be polite led to a pattern of finding myself the OBJECT of interest to many-a-narc.
I wasn't entirely innocent in the shared fantasy which I could sense was unfolding. I've been known to have a bad habit of having a fascination for people I considered somewhat fascinating.
Once under the spell of the narc, I didn't seem to have the tools to extricate myself from the situation. But what I did have was a determination to gain the knowledge needed to stay out of their influence.
The most powerful detachment tool for me wasn't grey rock method, nor cord cutting, but a practice which would keep me off their frequency. It involves going back into and experiencing the emotional, or other- wise, abuse from childhood, experiencing the pain, then pushing it out. Doing so on a regular basis you then take responsibility for that child who didn't have the agency to stand up to abuse. It also includes developing the habit of not abandoning oneself to self-harming habits or abandoning oneself period.
This knowledge is available if one digs for it, and then is willing to put in the work.

There are 2 family members who have me blocked.
They are the ones who tried to shame and guilt me and tried to get me to take responsibility for their misery and emotions and baggage. I just didn't accept it.
Did you abuse them?
It takes a strong person with healthy self esteem to allow theirselves to say “I was mistaken” and quite obviously, most don’t have that today.
@BAsed_AFro oh yeah. To a narcissistic, the truth is horribly abusive to their ego. And that's what's funny, abuse was their first claim against me.
But I am 10 for 10 against people who abuse claims against me. They have reaped what they have sowed. And God has come down upon them severely, for having tried to hurt His chosen, which I am.

I had a relationship with a narcissist. I drove him nuts. He couldn't figure me out. He became violent many times. He couldn't understand the love I had towards him.
He was like: "Goddamn it, you're annoying, so I bully you now."
You was like: "Like hell you are! Keep bullshitting, you're going to find yourself where you truly don't want to be."
*He gets scared shitless*
Him: "Ah well.... fuck it..."

Interestingly even the collegue in my work place sitting beside me is a frustrated and subtly toxic narcissist just like many.
Amazon is definitely one place FILLED with these idiots. People bring their outside mentality into the workplace and it's disgusting; from security to management, these people are rot, a goddamned nuisance.

In September 2017, my Wife attacked me; I foolishly called the Town of Awful Valley Police. I was reverse-profiled by a Mexican sheriff named, "Kablooey;" my Wife of 22 years was Mexican. When I went to jail, I was on meth. They were checking my pulse and blood pressure---my pulse sitting still was 99. Asshole poked his head around the corner and went, "ehhehhehee" or something to try and set me off. My pulse did not change. Cheers.

Well, the first part is wrong, these people will keep talking over you , this is phone calls, you can literally scream over them and they keep talking.
Astral Atom made a similar video pertaining to these idiotic narcs. They are no different than a neighborhood bully or school yard asshole. Nobody has time to deal with such simpletons. They're a nuisance that needs to be dealt with accordingly. Every time. No matter who it is.
