Thanks for the post. I’ve tried everything from resetting my router to resetting the app. I had the bridge connected and my lights were working, I can home and the lights were off and my bridge was still connected. I go to the app and it was just buffering, couldn’t find my room or the correct bridge, I reset the app and also deleted the app and got a new Ethernet cable and everything. When I go to connect my bridge, all three lights on top are on and it immediately says “no bridge found” any answers?
Hi Josh, it seems like you did everything by the book when it comes to troubleshooting. I recommend reaching out to Philips at this point for further assistance.
My bridge is connected and see the lights in the app and I can control the lights manually. I set up my preferred automations/routines, however the lights aren't coming on at the preferred/scheduled times. Any advice?
A few months ago i bought 4x hue ambiance downlight along with dimmer switch and hue bridge. Everything worked fine but, a few days later, my friend texted me cuz he wanted to check my lights out, then I went to the hue app, and it said all the lights are unreachable, i waited and waited and waited. Nothing happened. Then i removed one of the lights and searched for the light, didn't find it. Sadly, i had no option then i replaced the hue bridge and the cable and removed all the lights from the old bridge. Then i searched again, i was scared. Guess what, didn't work! Can you please help? I spent 300 bucks on the setup please help

I have hue lights set up in my kitchen, there are four lights in this kitchen that work together, until lately when one of the lights The number three bulb always turn back on after I Turn the lights off. So now I turn the Number three off again manually with the app, then the light Number three lite turns back on without a command or anything. During this time of off and on manually, it does change colors every time I manually turn it back on now. I have contacted tech-support about this this has been the second time I have contacted them, but all the troubleshooting they tell me to do doesn’t seem to make a difference. So I’m hoping somebody out there can figure out what’s causing this issue, it is very annoying!
Mine doesn't have a Delete option, it's also saying "Unable to connect" even though all 3 lights are solid and it's sharing the same network as my phone's wifi
Hi Tim, since it doesn't have a delete button, it may have one that says "clear" instead. Another user mentioned the same thing too. Also when it's saying "unable to connect", is this for the bridge itself or one of the lighting accessories?
Check to see if all the power cables for your lights are plugged in correctly. If that’s connected, try resetting it again. You may have to reach out to Philips if you’re still having problems.
You're talking about the lights but your video is all washed out and you can only see what the lights do when you shadow the unit. Tried to come here to see what the ring is supposed to do when I press it since I am getting no reaction. Next time?

But I finally found the solution and now I'm sharing with you cause I bet you wouldn't accept just throwing out your hard earned money. I could set up scenes and even automations work perfectly. really hope it works for you as well, and God bless you!
This is a total factory reset and will delete all your light settings. Title should’ve been; “How to factory reset your Phillips Hue bridge (will delete all current lights).”
This didn’t help at all. What helped were the people in the comment section. I had to uninstall the app with all of its associated data then reinstall the app. The majority of smartphones automatically connect to your home Wi-Fi network in place of cellular data. At least my iPhone has for a while now. I was able to connect to the bridge after that. I did have to enter the serial numbers for all 3 of my light strips and my 3 lamp bulbs because none of them connected on their own.
The worst kind of advice is the one without context. Make sure the word “reset” is better explained. I can see a bunch of folks happily “resetting”, deleting setting away without knowing exactly the consequence of that. If you know what the guy ind the video didn’t bother to explains, so… go for it.
