Yep…, huge mistake to buy now in LV. Nothing, especially real estate go up that much in such short period.
No reason can back up such increase, only this is a huge bubble!!! Soon to be burst!

@@NogoalRob There's over 1000 properties in LV going for over 1 million, 130+ for over 5 million - that seems crazy to me in an extremely business-cyclical city
@@RagedContinuum There are a lot of CA residents who have relocated to Vegas! They sell their CA house and buy here with cash! A million dollar house is the average in SoCal! In the South OC a house on average is 2 million and Condo/townhouse is 1 million on average.

@@bobby-ux1sn I guess you missed my point. People who are retiring from SoCal and relocating to Vegas have a boat load of equity. When they sell their home in SoCal. They can easily afford the high prices considered in Vegas! Who do you think is buying the higher priced homes! It’s NOT the middle class in Vegas!
