26:00 The end of the finals where the Lakers beat the Celtics, seeing Rondo take the final 2 3 pointers, even hitting the first, taught me that is what happens late in big games. To win close games late you are forced to have your weakest scorer/shooter put up points. When the game is tight it's usually because the stars don't have it that night and/or the team is clamped down, and they get away with that clamp by allowing the weakest link to have to beat them. It's an age old strategy and the reason why teams with a lot of star power fail in the playoffs consistently. If you want to win in the NBA you need a minimum of 5 guys who can get buckets and open up the whole game. They don't have to be shooters, but they need to be a threat from wherever they play from. Otherwise it all comes down to Rondo chucking 3's under duress and your season is over.

We just saw a similar thing in Boston/Miami game 6. Celtics down 1 and Marcus Smart chucks up a 3. Jordan Poole did this in game 1 vs the Lakers. Down 1 but shoots a 35 footer. These shots epitomize today's NBA. Brain dead players who think shots from 25 feet out are better than a shot inside the paint.
Doc is a player's coach. He did well when he had the Celtics with guys like KG and Pierce and Allen who were vets that were dying to win and knew what they were doing. You have got to be the funniest basketball channel on youtube lol.. Thanks for putting so much into these videos and making me laugh
1:28:56 Game is tied and 7 foot 1 Embiid is shooting a 3with 6 seconds still on the clock. In the history of the NBA this is the dumbest basketball that's ever been played. We just saw a similar thing in Boston/Miami game 6. Celtics down 1 and Marcus Smart chucks up a 3. Jordan Poole did this in game 1 vs the Lakers. Down 1 but shoots a 35 footer. These shots epitomize today's NBA. Brain dead players who think shots from 25 feet out are better than a shot inside the paint.
new tooforwon movie dropped holy shit
Doc is a player's coach. He did well when he had the Celtics with guys like KG and Pierce and Allen who were vets that were dying to win and knew what they were doing. Philly needed a guy to be an X and O coach never they never had that (remember Brett Brown saying that putting 4 shooters around Embiid would be "too easy to guard").
Beautiful video
