I think you got it! Thank you, I was wondering how even without Hextech, how did Silco reform because him and Singed are completely separate from Jayce.
well actually no, the only deviation in the timeline where ekko ended up at was that during the robbery in Jayce's lab, the explosion also took out Vi and even Jayce?. The most likely scenario was that Silco ended up finding out about Vi dying and coming out of hiding to mourn Felicia's daughter along side Vander. The two started talking to each other then settled their difference knowing Powder is the last piece of their memory of Felicia.

One of the best episode of the show for me. The parallel between the two realities, one a world without Hextech absolutely thriving and another brought to utter destruction. @@GummyCalicoyeah Yordles are immortal, I got scared when this happened but then remembered it’s pretty inconsequential for him specifically. BUT I dont know what that means in terms of timeline
Also, did he just call heimer a bum? He's probably the reason zaun and piltover is triving in that timeline, since he got there with ALL his memories from his OG timeline.
There's nothing suggesting Heimer is the reason it's so much better in that time. Hextech never being invented probably improved things, but we know basically nothing other than who lives and dies (Vi and Jayce die, Powder stays Powder). He called Heimerdinger a bum because he gave up on trying to return to his dimension. Which he did, and is another assassination of Heimers character. S1 Heimerdinger would try everything in his power to return to his dimension and set things right. It'd also be quite easy for him to locate the Hex fragments, just like Ekko did - all he'd have to learn is where and how Vi died. Heimers been totally assassinated this season.
I don't think its ever shown in the slightest that he's the reason for any of the innovation. Zaun has always been shown to have insane potential but because of the shimmer it was impossible.
Heim lived in that universe for over 1000 years. That is now his universe. It’s lot easier for ekko to go back coz he has 0 attachments to that reality. Where donger does
This reality probably turned that way because of the Hextech never being a thing and Heimerdinger probably helped this other timeline and got Zaun and Piltover to work together since he was there way before and had more knowledge. He setting stuff up like the invention competition, making the bridge like a hub that got people more connected. He himself said that he accomplish wonderful things. Also Silco probably getting the letter from Vander Vi dying could also be the reason the council didn't let Jayce continue his research. So Vi can be regarded as the savior of this reality.
If Heimer was still on the council and a professor of the academy when he arrived there then like he said he did many great things with the 3 years~ he was there, he probably made it possible for the undercity to thrive and be on atleast way more equal terms. Obviously things happening differently also helped in his endeavor.
25:03 i think this means that silco read that letter vander had written to him so that’s why he’s forgiven him and they’re friends again, working together. also heimerdinger most likely was helping the undercity a lot too, which is why he was saying he’s done great things in his time there while waiting for ekko. it makes perfect sense for his character as well, seeing he was determined to do the same in our original universe

Idk if this is my favorite episode of season 2, but it might be. I didn't expect to feel that way either. Plus getting to see what Jayce experienced and the contrast of the two alternate realities was interesting as well. The Heimerdinger slander from y'all though. 😂 At least most of you put some respect on his name by the end. Idk if I believe he's dead, if he is that sucks though, because I really like his character.
16:35 I’ve debated with a few people about this. I personally think it’s a timeline where Vander was able to send the letter to Silco and make ammends before the insurrection (hence the eye not being infected with shimmer, he never hired Singed in the first place, so no insurrection either). Other people think it is Vi’s death bringing them together. My counter to that is that for his insurrection Silco actually planned to capture all of Vander’s kids + Vander himself (S1 act 1), so by that point he wasnt really affectionate towards her
E7 was the best episode of this season for me. I'm kind of salty we didn't get a full arc with Ekko as the main lead. I feel like there was a lot of good stories to be told with him. Would have liked to see him invent Hextech himself through an arc but in the process be conflicted if he wants to stay in this universe with all the people he has lost or go back to save all the people he left behind. There was a really compelling story to be told here unlucky Riot didn't tell it. This season didn't fit together as well as s1 but that being said it was still very good and entertaining. I hope they learn from this season though and take their time to tell the story for the future regions.
I loved that the alternative timeline Ekko and Heimendinger were in was (1) a reality where Powder stopped hextech from being invented (2) Connected piltover and Zaun like it originally was according to lore, and (3) where Silco got the letter Vander sent him and they made up…but everything can’t be perfect RIP alternate Vi 😢
SPOILERS EPISODE 9: Jinx is most certainly alive, caitlyn looking at the vent systems of the hexgates at the end, plus the ship flying away (Powder said she wanted ro ride on of those one day) and THE END letters written in a Jinx style. Plus when you see the scene where the explosion happens, you can see a pink light out of it, jinx dashing out of the explosion to go through the vents.
Stop calling Heimerdinger a bum. Who do you think helped fix this timeline? Him. He showed up almost 4 years ago and, with his memories and experience, likely started helping Zaun and Piltover fix things with each other. I have no idea how you guys can keep praising how nice this reality is without realizing that Heimerdinger is 100% one of the reasons why.
what kind of question is that? its so fucking obvious she died in the apartment, go watch again it if you didn't catch something this obvious you probably missed the whole 3 episodes, jesus Christ
Episode 8 & 9 were kind of a letdown for me, curious to see what you guys think! But first season still hits better and the ending was actually great and made sense for each character. I think Season 2 definitely was bigger, more action-packed and had more thrills than the first Season, but the first Season had more of emotional gut punch and actually better story plot, character arcs and etc... also the Animation in S2 is definitely an upgrade from the first, there is a lot of technical achievements in display in Season 2. But the overall story was a bit jumbled, I think they needed not to rush this and actually give it another season, I think if it was a 3 Season arc then you could have gave more room for breather and just the story could have had a better flow to it. Either way, I still enjoyed Season 2 but it's not without it's flaws. S1: 9/10 S2: 8/10
So, it might have looked weird at first, but Ekko stopped her kiss not because he didnt want it. "can we pretend its the first time" Ekko never kissed anyone, let alone Powder/Jinx, and in this timeline they were clearly dating before hand. My man was simply a bit too embarrased to hear her comment anything afterwards, so he just softened the blow by asking her that.
Each character got sent to a different time by the anomoly based on their ideologies from S1: Heimer who was always obsessed with the dangers from his past encounters with the arcane. Jayce who was always striving to build a better tomorrow for the future. Ekko who was always trying to help people in the present - here and now.

"What if: writers didn't hate Jinx"
Love the Destiny references haha
The world where Powder ate the other sandwich
It feels illegal to be this early
Jayce saw the ghost of Christmas yet to come
The heimerdinger slander and then instant regret 🤣🤣
I sobbed the whole season. Especially the next two.
SPOILERS EPISODE 9:
Jinx is most certainly alive, caitlyn looking at the vent systems of the hexgates at the end, plus the ship flying away (Powder said she wanted ro ride on of those one day) and THE END letters written in a Jinx style. Plus when you see the scene where the explosion happens, you can see a pink light out of it, jinx dashing out of the explosion to go through the vents.
Everyone but Ambessa and Vander are alive.
@@VaMage Ambessa is alive, she's with ne right now spanking me for how a naughty boy I am
I'll hold Christmas in my heart in the past present and future ahh episodes
Here we goooo
Stop calling Heimerdinger a bum.
Who do you think helped fix this timeline? Him. He showed up almost 4 years ago and, with his memories and experience, likely started helping Zaun and Piltover fix things with each other.
I have no idea how you guys can keep praising how nice this reality is without realizing that Heimerdinger is 100% one of the reasons why.
They stuck the landing!
Just finished ep 9...omg💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
We just get a redo of the scene with Isha running to Vander just for Echo to come in from the side and punt her XD
when vi died in this other verse, was that the opening scene from season 1 when they broke into that place but they ended up getting away?
Yes, Vi died from the hexcore explosion, but I am not sure if Powder caused it or not
what kind of question is that? its so fucking obvious she died in the apartment, go watch again it if you didn't catch something this obvious you probably missed the whole 3 episodes, jesus Christ
@@caioqueiroz9750 chill out.
@@caioqueiroz9750 are everything okay with you bro?
@Apot55 I apologize, I am in fact not good, sorry
The moment I realised we were in Benzo`s shop I cried. This episode was so cruel and I love every second of it!
Heimerdinger definitely survived, he must have spawn back in bandle city or something. He has to right ?
Her and Ekko were already dating in that universe. That’s why he said can we pretend like it’s the first time.
00:33 troll despair
Fan fact ambessa means lion in Amharic
fellow ethiopian 😅
i love how you guys also keep thinking about isha being saved by ekko. i also had such high hopes for that. isha was just a baby 😭😭
so arcane is a combination between a champion's lore + arcane conflict
S1: 9/10
S2: 8/10
I felt like this Season was more impactfull i love both season cuz they are so differents from each other
@@lemonsterfr2243 two sides of the same coin, enextricably bound.
@@wallchris75 wow you made me tear up 🥲
Season 2 is better if you are more familiar with the lore of Runeterra.
1 season is better for non league/lore enjoyers but for me 2 season is just masterpiece
0:28 well
I'm afraid that one of your predictions in this video is true :((
💙💙
So, it might have looked weird at first, but Ekko stopped her kiss not because he didnt want it. "can we pretend its the first time" Ekko never kissed anyone, let alone Powder/Jinx, and in this timeline they were clearly dating before hand.
My man was simply a bit too embarrased to hear her comment anything afterwards, so he just softened the blow by asking her that.
Calling hiemer a bum while hes downstairs working OT is crazy haha
so... that's how yordle die
Each character got sent to a different time by the anomoly based on their ideologies from S1:
Heimer who was always obsessed with the dangers from his past encounters with the arcane.
Jayce who was always striving to build a better tomorrow for the future.
Ekko who was always trying to help people in the present - here and now.
Hell yea
19:57 bro 😂😂😂😂
my predict its that isha blow up herself and all the vanders face so when it regenerate its becomes full wolf
I actually... quite hated the ending. very unfortunate indeed.
But I alway like your reactions, so here I am!
Well this is what finales do some people will be satisfied and some wont be.
@@YuriNator76 everybody always wants the happy ending but apparently they haven't been paying attention. There isn't always happy endings.
At least, they lived, and having some great memories.
Sometimes a glimpse from the daily memory, there is something good left there.
Didn't hate it, but a bit disappointed with how they treated Jinx's and Vi's ending, just wanted them to get any happy ending lol, not more trauma
@@seezar100 well I think Jinx survived.
Clues:
1. When she and Warwick fell down to the core and explode the bomb.
You may find a purple light running to another directions. We all know Jinx have the ability when she moved quick there’s always purple.
2. Cait checked the hex-tech design graphic and holding the remains of the bomb, there is several vent.
3. The Airship & the end written in Jinx way at the end
I thought they'd get naughty. It turns out, these hopefully to become men people just watch TV together.
:D
Did Heimer die?
Alright fellas group therapy in 15?
Still doesnt explain why he killed Viktor haha Viktor wasnt the cause of that it was clearly piltover who caused that phenomenon
