    Insane seeing UAE and Ayuso cracking like this, Yates seems to be miles away from last season (concussions are no joke) and Lipowitz going full rocket was really fun to watch. Great finish.

      They only looking good on paper. Like I have said numerous times; you take Pogacar out of this team and they are nothing

      Ayuso already won Itzulia...

      @@daniluis7777 They still a great team. Yesterday, they won and had overall. No team, wins all the time, if they did, what would the point of watching be.

      @@NightShooter87They have one of the best riders in the world and young guys winning gc stage races. They have been looking fine and I also agree that it would be boring to have utter dominance. Having fun seeing Decathalon AG2R better all of last season with their wins, etc.

      @@doommonger7784 true, but had he started his attack 100m earlier he would have had Carapaz

      he was the guy attacking, i guess he wasn‘t sure, if going for it or waiting for vlasov is the call. anyway it was a fun race 🙏🏼

    Carapaz is indeed the *Assassin* (behind the one and only; you know who) 😎👍👊🏻💥

    Although it was a fun finish with Lipowitz... he should have waited for his race leader and pulled him up to Rodriquez. When Carapaz attacked, Lipowitz looked back and Vlasov was right there.

    • @Musikcheckerpro
      @Musikcheckerpro 13 днів тому +1

      Bull….
      He is now 2 seconds behind Vlasov in GC. He shoulda been allowed to ride for himself and even the time bonus from winning (not even considering the 2-3 seconds he woulda been in the finish quicker) would already put him above Vlasov. When you‘re the clearly stronger rider and there is a last stage coming I think the team shoulda given him permission to go for it.
      And even if you diaaggree on the tactics - its 100% the DS‘s job to make the call and not the rider‘s job. Missplaced blame imo!

    • @freburt2772
      @freburt2772 13 днів тому

      @Musikcheckerpro at least they told him to sit on until the end. And racers aren't robots. Sometimes they need to make in race quick decisions. Better to have two cards to play than one. Unless Vlasov gave him a look like go for it.
