I do cook this in Suriname-style.......instead of chicken I use sometimes beef chunks, yellow Madame Jeanette peppers, grounded onion, garlic ,Surinamese masala and some chutney masala. Oh and a boiled egg to simmer with it. And then......eating this with a plain roti or a filled one with yellow grounded peas (dahl) in seasoning.....mmmmmm
