    My big mistake in the past was the qualifying part...you just can't sell somebody on the service, if they're not the right fit. Nonetheless you can practice selling, presentation and objection handling during those sales calls. 🤓

    Straight to the point and precise as usual, love it! Completely agree with you about "Being Hungry" I've noticed when I'm in the "Scattered/Scarred Mode" my work is not as efficient and sometimes I have put myself into that state where there's no need to be.     I'd love to see a video or maybe a student interview about getting started with an agency while you're in school or working during business hours. It seems to me that the prime time for outreach is between 9 and 4, but th at isn't really an option for people with work/school. I'm sure this is an obstacle many have come up against and overcome, I'd just be really interested in a video about it if possible.

    I've definitely noticed this in my own agency, my main problem is booking consistent (and qualified) meetings. I'm lucky to book 2-3 calls on a good week but it's not steady and the lack of meeting definitely has an effect on the calls I do book as I desperately try and close clients who are not qualified or the right fit. I have to remind myself that the hungry don't feed. It's a challenge but just have to keep on going!

      I know this is old comment but if you read this, may i ask you what do you do to get 2-3 appointment a day. I hvnt got one so far lol. I emailed and called like 70+ people but zero response. no one even asked or cared to listen what i do lol

    Hey Iman, I have outsourced some cold calling just to test it out tbh. I got 8 meetings booked in one week which I was excited for, the problem is it's halfway through the week and I have been no showed by everysingle one so far haha. Yes I followed up with reminder emails and my freelancer has recordings proving that these clients did actually book in a meeting with me. Just wondering if you have ever had to account for so many no shows???

    Iman make a video on "If client have objection for the current situation and they want to wait" how to explain them, that this is the time that they should start running Advertising.

      His videos on the corona virus answers this.
      But you can do two things:
      1. Use the post cereal example (if you don't know what this is, watch Iman's videos about eh corona virus) But the concept is simple when times are hard and everyone is cutting their ad budget, those who keep advertising take over the number on spot in the market and because everyone has money they can't wait to spend, as soon as everything is over, not only will they make money, they will make money that surpass all the money they lost.
      2. You need to remember that after the virus, there is still going to be a delay in people going to bak to living life normally 100%. Yes people will be flocking to spending their money, but they'll be spending it at places they trust, i.e the market leaders. So if a business doesn't advertise right now, it's going to take another 2-4 months top get back to being normal, now that's 2-4 months, on top of the quarantine duration.
      SO what you'll do is give them two options during the after explaining this, Mr client I completely understand why you would be cautious right now but the way I see it, you have two options, you can either chose to wait until the storm passes, which will, in the long run, cause an even longer delay to your business. or you can choose to go on the offensive right now so you emerge on top as soon as things go back to normal.
      Robb Quin also has a video on this. But essentially it's all about the perspective, you just have to show them that this is an opportunity to come out on top, and they might not get another one like this, not one that is this easy.
