Need to let the water come out of the person before CPR.

1st thing is to get the water out.. The standard drowning cpr doesn't work when other is water in lungs... By putting patient in prone position then squeezing their back will get rid of water in stomach and thus more area will be available for oxygenation.. I have done it multiple times and saved ppl.. I will patent my technique

Good to know. So it’s 5 breaths before cpr?
I’ve heard some different things on this.

For drowning yes. Because that is respiratory problem, so yes 5 respiratory breaths 1st then do cpr

Question, why the inital 5 breaths? And would cpr get any water out of the lungs?

5 initials breaths is important because the casualty has stopped breathing due to a breathing problem rather than a Cardiac problem. CPR wouldn't remove water from their lungs. This is a longer explanation which is hard to answer in the comments section. Maybe that's for another video.
