    if you’re willing to bet your live that you can win a knife fight, stay and do first aid, while contacting professional emergency medical services. If not, leave and contact emergency medical services asap.

    1st thing is to get the water out.. The standard drowning cpr doesn't work when other is water in lungs... By putting patient in prone position then squeezing their back will get rid of water in stomach and thus more area will be available for oxygenation.. I have done it multiple times and saved ppl.. I will patent my technique

    I think this deserves some recognition because even just having that knowledge is enough to save someones life. I think this was awesome and credit is honestly due to those involved who may have just help save multiple lives - thanks

    I'm very dismayed about your recommendation to cool a potential fracture. If you assume a fracture, do not cool, do not apply ice. Cooling sprains and strains is fine.

      For drowning yes. Because that is respiratory problem, so yes 5 respiratory breaths 1st then do cpr

    Ive tried both OJ and grapefruit with acid before, my personal experience OJ was a better experience the grapefruit sent me over board. Could be because i don't really like grapefruit and the taste was stuck in my mouth.

    My son overdosed and passed away on ketamine last Christmas. The majority of information on K seems to be less than helpful. I see more general acceptance of K in popular media and it angers me.

    • @saraivatoledo1842
      @saraivatoledo1842 11 місяців тому

      First and foremost , I´m so sorry about your son ,but I have been reckless ,dumb and self destructive enough to have taken ridiculous amounts of Ketamine in one line (let alone a session ) , plus , there were instances I had taken a few other pretty hardcore substances on top of it ...well , point being -in hindsight I never felt Ketamine had any potential to kill me .Not in its purest form it did not (we would get sealed bottles and proceed to turn the liquid into powder ). This will probably be uncalled for but, imhe, I suggest you look for some (un)diagnosed health issues your son might have suffered from; any meds or even street drugs he might have combined with K ,another possibility is that batch having been cut with all these new analogue drugs which in some cases are incredibly dangerous ...or worse ,some deadly substance (rare where I live but certainly not impossible ). Again , my honest condolences since I know what it is like to lose someone close (Suicide(s)/homicide related to drug abuse and other personal issues ) but , I just had to type this cause my experience ( and all the other people I know who were all doing the same thing ) with that drug is enough to affirm that it can actually be a very helpful /safe substance at treating ailments such as depression and insomnia, anxiety etc, etc ...

    • @mike620
      @mike620 11 місяців тому

      And you’re sure you’re son didn’t get scammed bc at that point it’s not ketamine you should be blaming but the scum bag drug dealer that was more worried about his wallet and prolly cut the shit with fentanyl

    Question, why the inital 5 breaths? And would cpr get any water out of the lungs?

    • @stsmedics1012
      @stsmedics1012 Рік тому

      5 initials breaths is important because the casualty has stopped breathing due to a breathing problem rather than a Cardiac problem. CPR wouldn't remove water from their lungs. This is a longer explanation which is hard to answer in the comments section. Maybe that's for another video.

      I do believe what he was holding up was cling film. It’s clean, provides a barrier and won’t leave particles in the burn site like cloth would. Not a first aider, just my thoughts.
