- Bumping into some of the old boys on my way - they probably do not know they have another baby siblings again ! So who are the happy recipients of those lil furry bundles of joy again ? The count stands at 6 already, how much higher do our gang want 😂 ? Let's find out ! BTW, perhaps the twins are around too !
Watching the babies gaze up and imprint on their Mothers’ faces is one of the most heart warming things ever. ❤

Bubbly sought out other mums last year. She seems to be doing that again. It’s like she wants her baby to have a lot of playmates. Her baby is cutest thus far.
They've got a regular Mommy & Me group going on there. Every once in a while A.M. will film a group of mothers and their babies gathering in one spot as if the moms are comparing notes.

I have seen some of those moments. But Bubbky is part of the royal family, she has been a bit of a bully/brat, so to see her mingling with other mums & not care about ranking is truly impressive. It will be interesting to see Bubbly be a mum.
Btw, Bessy continued being a brat after she started having babies.

Definitely but it’s a necessary change for them to be able to mature. And soon enough they’ll be getting attention again from their moms and not just the aunts who like to stay back to babysit. One thing I’ve noticed is that no child is ever forgotten about. Everyone gets the attention they need one way or another.
It must be hard on them as they're not the centre of attention anymore. Most, just weaned and now can't even get cuddles from mom or siblings as all attention is on new baby.

FYI if any of you also like baby Orangutans there is a lovely channel about an orphan Orangutan school in Indonesia. The BOS facility which is featured in the Love Nature: Kids UA-cam. It covers how they prepare the orphans to move out into the wild.

Yes. Also Monkey Life channel covers Monkey World in Dorset, England. A sanctuary rescue center for all things Monkey. Biggest in the world. Great channel.
I've followed the facility a long time even before the BOS became a part of it. Nyaru Menteng Orangutan center was started by Lone Droscher Nielsen (a Danish woman) and now one of the partners run it, BOS. Lone is retired. I adopted an Orangutan who's name is Hope. She was so little when I adopted her and now she's eight years old and she's a member of Forest School group 5. Hope is one remarkable young lady and I always looking forward to hear news about her. I really recommend adopting from Nyaru Menteng. There are Organisations (among them BOS) in for example USA, Australia, UK, Sweden, Denmark and the rest of Europe that helps you with the adoption if you're interested.

Awww. No feeders for our gang? Skull head troop always get delicious goodies. Would like to see Bossy's troop getting some wonderful fruits and not just stale bread. They are probably there when AM isn't. As long as our gang can secure a spot. Good to see Emily with her 2 babies. Though Emily is looking a bit thin.
Bossy looks so old, always lying around. I hope she can skip a year to save her energy. If she dies, will one daughter become matriarch or might other troop members try to overthrow Bossy's kids?

Its really amazing how well and how big Our Troop is doing again this year. So many of the babies I watched grow have babies and a couple of their kids have kids now. I love this troop so much and this years babies are so on track or even advanced in their mile markers.

Great video love seeing all the new babies and seeing the boy band which do all look very good. I'm so happy Bubby has new baby she definitely looks great being a mom. And I think it's safe to say that Emily is the mother of the year , she is a first time mother raising 2 babies. And she is doing an,amazing job. If we handed out medals 🏅 it would go to sweet Emily

Emily's male "twin" is looking dehydrated in the skin of his face & hands. Emily is thinner. They weren't designed to nurse more than one. He is suffering for it. I can't remember & will have to go back & review the video - was the male her natural born? Is she favoring the female adoptee over her own son?
It’s just a little bit longer before the can take some solid food. Hopefully they can hang in there.

So many cute and adorable babies and they are so active and alert. That was nice of the one mom to care for a extra baby, I hope it gets fed because the other baby sure has it's arms stretch out to not let him in there to nurse. ❤

I sure hope Gypsy's girl survives this time. Her track record has been iffy, at best, these past few years. She's not exactly a doting mother with her babies.😢

@@amandachandler1852Gypsy's style of mothering seems to range from plucking her babies bald to almost complete disinterest. She does limit their time at the milk bar, but not to the point of starvation. She's been known to become quite irritable and even downright cruel. Shortly before baby Kailey disappeared, Gypsy had bitten her one hand to the bone. She used to bite the hell out of Knotty's hands, too, whenever he was begging her for milk. Gypsy is just not kid-friendly.
No one knows where Kailey got that wound. It's only speculations because mother's often nip/bite their babies when they're out of order but never before has Gypsy bitten one of her kids that bad as we know. Remember really low ranking Kailey raised in status when she became on of Grandees girls. The girls who followed Grande everywhere. It could even had been Grandee who was the reason she had that wound. Sometimes the girls made him irritated or it could even have been anyone else who didn't like Kailey's status change. We don't even know if it was a wound made by a bite that's also speculation on our part.

@@ML_SE I think we can be at least 90% certain how Kailey got that bite on her hand. If you've watched every video since the beginning, as I have, then you would have seen several examples of Gypsy cruelly biting her babies.

I have watch all videos more than once and yes Gypsy bites her kids hands but she's far from being there only one doing it. I think most of the female monkeys and some of three males in HK do it and have we seen anyone (including Gypsy) ever bitten their child so hard it break skin? I haven't. If you don't like Gypsy I think it's easy to blame her as so many blamed Tina because her babies died before we knew why. Gypsy isn't the best mother in the hood but not the worst either. It could have been Gypsy but there's no tendency from her biting so hard. A finger can get hurt in so many ways so blaming someone when we don't know the truth isn't fair and shouldn't be done among humans or humans towards animals, ever.

I enjoy both. But adults may pass hours on end either foraging or grooming each other, and not much else happening 😅

They could be in the earlier stages of pregnancy. Some don't deliver until August. I know that's rare, but it could happen if they didn't conceive until the latter part of breeding season.
