This French Chateau has had a massive price drop and includes Gustave Eiffel-designed greenhouses

A stunning 1500m2 Art Nouveau palace complete with Gustave Eiffel-designed greenhouses situated within a 12 acre park. The incredible Château d’Aubiry in Southern France, on the market since 2011, was spotted on Le Bon Coin (the French equivalent of Craigslist) asking a mere €12.6 million. That’s a whole 50 percent price chop from its Sotheby’s listing five years ago.
