I'm currently running a list with 3 Sienar Test Pilots with title and autothrusters. Admittedly, they're largely intended to support COL Vessery, but they're nice on their own.
I've been playing X-Wing since the start. And while I know it's not the most strategic way to play I really only fly ships I enjoy and pilots who I know from the comics/books/movies/games. I love themed units and builds. So while i can absolutely respect your rankings in this video and that this was a competitive ranking; for me personally the interceptor and the phantom are probably in my #1 and #2 spots respectively.
We had this problem with a Star trek Game I used to play, Mine layers ended up ruining the game, as there were no mine Sweeper types of ships. So the mine Laying player always won. Who wants to build a great fun list only to watch it get destroyed by a guy doing nothing but Mines...
Interesting rankings! There's nothing wrong with being biased for/against some things if one admits to the bias, and you did that here, so you've done no wrong in my book! I am surprised that one of the shuttles didn't make it into the lower register of your list, but I'll be curious to see how they stack up in the top 10, and (more importantly!) why you've ranked them thus.
What's your thoughts on helping the interceptor by giving it a Mod card that gives a free shield for zero points. If it gets three hulls and one shield for it's costs, maybe it'd be more competitive.
It's sad but bombs are ruining x wing. I started playing the game for epic dog fighting. Not so fighters could drop bombs on fighters. It's stupid, it's only mildly thematic, and it's ruining the game imo. You can't even fly the iconic ships anymore unless you want to get stomped. And instead of fixing it FF doubles and triples down on it. Thank goodness for Armada X wing is approaching unplayable. Good video though, Sorry for rant. Try to remember it's just his opinion folks lol.
Crabbok I hate the TIE Adv Prototype but just because it is ugly as sin. The color is terrible and the design is lazy. Its just like lets take the TIE Adv and cut it in half. It looks stupid. That aside I do own it and I do play with it in casual play and understand why it is so good.

I'm new to the game, but for what i've seen, tie-interceptors should be ranking higher than tie fighters, But that's my oppinion

As an Imp only player I’ve been excited for this list. So far I agree with you except for the bomber is in my top 5. Can’t wait for part 2!

Interceptors truly died when their cheaper and better counterpart came to be: the Striker.

Seriously.... an Imperial shuttle made it into the top 10 but the phantom is outside ripped...
