I ended up switching these exact blue screws to my purple/black Ultratech D/E part serrated. It looks awesome with the purple & blue together. Yeah that clone tool is too small for genuine Microtechs. I found a good bit on eBay for $10-$12 shipped. I also have a tool that came with my Vespa Cypher that works on both real & clone versions, which is super useful. Love these blue screws, absolutely worth the $20. 😃
Tiny little nitpick about Microtech. For the price and quality level. I wish they made all the screws align all in the same direction. Small little detail, small nitpick.
Yeah, but guys like us that notice inconsistencies in tile patterns on bathroom floors while using the toilet... it can be a big deal. I totally get what you mean.
Another note: without actually opening the knife up, only replacing screws, you shouldn't void the warranty. I can't say for certain, but i think you have to have actually opened it up completely to void it. I've heard that if even if you do open it, if you get everything back together correctly they won't hold the warranty. I believe they do that to deter people from possibly losing the small coil screws on the locks & under the firing switch. Great video my man! We're now Pacific Sons blue screw bros! 😃
I also love hope these screws make the knife look more like a Marfione Custom without the ridiculous price!
Right!!
Marfione customs is highway robbery. No justification for those prices.
@@cloroxbleach8676 not if both parties are happy.
@@levvy001 true that’s just my biased opinion.
@@cloroxbleach8676 totally can see what your saying.
Nice video man, your lighting is looking better and better 💪
Thanks brother! 🤘
That intro earned you a sub brother

I had to open mine to add some grease to the spring, it was making a cheap sounding ting noise when deployed.
Yeah, I've heard that's the fix on that issue in particular. Mine didn't have that, although my autocrat does.. I've yet to open it.
