If its one of those open port cylinders, they port up nicely and have a good amount of torque. I sold the one on my channel to a local guy and he runs that saw more than any other he has. He said he loves it. I cut with him last weekend and he had a 272, 371xp and the 61 and he was running that 61 all day haha! They sure are strong.
They're good old saws. I put a cheapie 272 kit on one for my bud, it rips and isnt too heavy. The plug wire pokes through the top cover but it was smashed and ugly before that lol.
Hey smitty. Nice saw runs great. What kind of sprocket. It could use 1 more tooth sprocket? Possibly a carb from a 272 or 630 jonsered carb and a pipe. Then it would be a crazy saw. That's my opinion. But great job.
Sorry dude, the poulan ruint me. No other saw sounds good now. Wish I had never watched that poulan run. If it wasn't for that , this saw sounds amazing! I have watched and listened to hours and hours of saws from different builders on you tube. Your poulan is #1.

I can’t help but agree! I have ran ported 80cc saws that couldn’t keep up with that Poulan.
