Preview: Fuji Sushi & Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant

A preview of the Fuji Sushi and Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant in the old Monterey Bay Canners in Pearlridge. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, polite service, and good food for lunch. Based on this experience, I highly recommend the Beef Teriyaki, Miso Soup, Tofu Teriyaki, and Vegetable Tempura. We did not experience the teppanyaki side of the restaurant so no comments on that.

Way out of my price range. That’s a nice location for a more broad menu choice instead of strictly Japanese cuisine. Hope the bar is still open.
