For Fashions Dogma it's op. The other classes need also more freedom to wear whatever they want i mean. Some little malus here and there on the stats don't hurt tho, all about the look. Warfarer would be really op imo if u could use maister skills with it. LUL
Try the mod True Warfarer if you're on PC. It allows you to preset 3 skills (including Maister) and Rearmament for each type of weapon you may change to.

I'm on PS5 I can smack Drakes, Orges, and Griffins in 30 seconds with Warfarer that vocation doesn't need other vocations' master skills
