You know what I love about this? You just know Bravo would've killed to get their hands on a Bethenny/Jill reunion moment, and instead they did it by themselves.

I always thought Bravo makes their stars sign a contract that doesn't allow them to talk about the show years later and producing their own material about the show?
You can tell Jill has matured and truly evolved based on her tone and acknowledgement of her anxiety. Bethenny needs to take a chapter out of her book. She’s still very jumpy and doesn’t let Jill get a word in edgewise
Jill did say, she is medicated now. Nothing wrong with that, sometimes that's all you need. Bethany was very anxious.

being medicated helps with that
Bethenny is Bethenny. She knows she's on edge and acknowledges her trauma and how it informs her responses to things. Jill gets it.

Jill genuinely cares about Bethenny! You can tell she is genuinely proud of her. Bethenny has trust issues. I don’t blame her after everything she has gone through.
Jill was good to and for Bethany...I understand Jill made some mistakes and wanted to be over involved but Bethany her being in your life would have been extremely grounding for her.

I think they are working through something I real life and that’s what you are seeing. Bethany has ALWAYS been manic. I think she has ADHD. This is one reason she is so successful. Most women with ADHD come across this way because their minds are going 1000 miles an hour. Do you notice Bethany can go back to her original thought when she goes on a tangent! That’s ADHD. I am the same way. I’ll start a conversation then have another thought and need to express it so I do not forget it then I jump back and finish my original thought later. It may drive others mad but my perspective watching this is….. I get it! 😊 keep shining ladies. You are both missed on the show but I think you shine on your own. I bought all your skinny girl books but I couldn’t sustain the lifestyle. Your brands stand on their own. 🎉

When Jill says, "You love his family? You have your family now?" you can tell by her eyes that she genuinely cares about Bethenny. Jill is so patient with Bethenny and loving. Great episode!
Honestly, I loved the way Jill was with Bethany. I think Bethany has grown and healed as a woman and they are finally able to be at peace and apart of each other's lives. This is why we tuned in, not for the bs drama and catty foolishness
Yes after she got humbled but she still claims to not know why she was let go from the franchise? She knows full well why. Glad Jill and Bethanny can bury the hatchet and move on.

I agree, these ladies gave me anxiety and Bethany who I like and admire most of the time had me so annoyed with her interrupting Jill! The guest was JILL and you wanted the light to shine on her. Very disappointed.

Let’s face it. Who didn’t want Jill and Bethany to be ok with each other? There was always a lot of love there which is why when their relationship fractured it was shocking for those who adored them together. This was enjoyable to watch. Jill is definitely much calmer and they both have been through great emotional upheavals. Both are in better places.
Monetized Podcasts heal wounds you mean. Bethenny would never have bothered doing this off camera. Nor do I believe theyll stay friends. Christmas cards at best
I adore Bethenny and love Jill. I watched the fallout many years ago, and it broke my heart then, because the friendship between these two women was real. To see them again, has made me so happy. They both have grown, and hope this is a new beginning for them. Bobby must be smiling. Good job ladies❤

YES! Plus I get the sense that they both don't have many people in their lives that they can count on to really love them for them. That's why I think Jill goes so hard for the people she considers to be her friend. I don't think she has any real connection with hardly anyone, save a handful of people and same for Bethenny. They both connected on some special level that was real and loving and you can tell that even after almost a decade and a half the love is still there, there's just been so much hurt for both. Remember, friends are our chosen family and the bond we share with strangers who become like family is just as special and real as if they were your own blood. ❤️

The fact that Jill had not been able to explain herself in this way about everything that happened must have been so infuriating. How she managed to still show up with love and trust for bethenny truly is a testament for how much she cares about this friendship. That is true patience, acceptance and love.

This is what they do. They both love to talk and they both trip over each other trying to get out their story. I think they both know it about each other and that they both do it, themselves. I actually love that about them.

Bethenny has a narrative in her head that she’s holding onto for dear life. Sometimes you just have to get out of your own head and take in what the other person is expressing without interjecting.

I have been catching up with Bethenny's podcast and that is one thing I have notice too.. Specially Nene's podcast.. Knowing how Nene is (strong present) take this it in positive Bethenny lol and don't take it in a negative way. Put it to practice; to let others talk little more and do more listing. Because that is the purpose of a podcast to let the guess speak bring your side of the story or view on things..

Jill is very genuine, she made mistakes and she owns them.
If anyone wants a lesson in how people raised in NYC talk, this would be the podcast to watch. 32 different conversations going at the same time in half sentences; rolling back in forth between all of them, with passion! “Coffee talk” next level. Loving it.

I stopped watching Real Housewives years ago because it wasn’t fun anymore. You guys made me remember there were good times. This conversation was amazing, just wonderful! So glad I watched. Great to see and hear from Jill.

@@katewest130 Bethenny is obnoxious. Sometimes obnoxious people are funny. For a while. That fluid nature turns to rock with age. She has a number of evident personality disorders that she has managed to make work for her. But she is not a kind person. She is rich enough that she never has to be listen to anyone again. And she doesn't really. Kindness matters. Bethenny is inflexible to the point that NO ONE is having a nice time. SO DEFENSIVE. I bet her therapist finds her exhausting.
After all this time and build up - I'm betting Jill returned home and said to herself - |'m good. No need to go back there again. Chapter closed.

This was chaotic and cathartic. I dropped out of the Housewives universe years ago but I'm so happy this popped up on my timeline today. It was exactly what I needed.
I loved Jill then and I love her now. Her energy has changed but she's always been so kind and generous and seems like the type that takes care of everybody. I want her to smother me with her friendship.

I had a lump in my throat and a tear on my face listening to Jill’s version of the funeral & Bethanny’s realization of how Jill perceived it. Jill is a Connector aka Tipping Point. I COMPLETELY understand when she said she wanted to be along, not part of, Bethanny’s ride. So sad Jill & Bobby weren’t around to give advice Re: marriage red flags. Bravo pushing Bethanny to marry is sickening.

I’m so sick of Andy Cohen his disrespect to people “your Brazilian” reference to John. It’s so objectifying. These housewives shows typically stereotype woman as the ugliest of humans. The encouragement of marrying for Bethany to have a televised wedding. It is so sad B didn’t have Jill and Bobby as a touchstone as someone else mentioned. We need to support each other. Andy needs to be put in check.

Bethenny has a major blindspot for the gap that exists between who she thinks she is and who she actually is. For someone who brands herself as this straight shooting, no nonsense type of person, she has really failed in remaining grounded. I know they're just metaphors but constantly framing the situation as a battle between the two best basketball players, how she wanted to be the Beyonce, etc. is just a lot. Housewives is not that serious. Yes, Bethenny is incredibly popular as a housewife, but how many solo shows has Bethenny failed with? It's actually bizarre to ice people out, especially Jill as the opportunities roll in. Bethenny doesn't have to be forever indebted to Jill, but there should be a concept of loyalty. The loyalty stopped existing when Jill didn't have anything to offer Bethenny. So the stories can be spun and retold however, but the fact remains that when Jill has plenty, she shared it. When Bethenny was the one with plenty, she withheld it.

Bethenny talks like she is the Master Housewife who was the most successful...and Jill and the others are beneath her....but Bethenny had a failed Talk Show, failed Apprentice type show, failed Real Estate show with Frederick, failed...she's actually a big loser who isn't as entrepreneurial as she thinks she is.
I would say LVP is probably the most successful Housewife due to her booming restaurants outside of the show.

I had a best friend of 15+ years and we stopped speaking. 15 years later we came together and honestly discussed things and realized there were things that we had seen so differently and had we talked about it we never would have parted ways💜 this touched me deeply because of that

Totally agree. Bethenny took a leap of faith, she was very burned by Jill and it is difficult to trust when you feel burned. Having said that I think Jill has always had genuine caring feelings for Bethenny and she has definitely calmed down and evolved. They went through a lot together, I hope they have both found peace.

Jill saying that one of the producers confessed to her they didn't get a release from her because "they counted on her not suing" is beyond gross on Bravo's behalf. This was someone's funeral. That made my stomach turn... And it also made it worse because it manufactured so much controversy after the fact too... ooof just gross.

Do a podcast together. This was the best. I love you two together. I’ve never seen this podcast but would tune in every week if it was the two of you. After talking about all the serious stuff you two can be funny together again. This made my heart happy.
Naw, Bethany is a one woman show. Not much room for anyone else to speak.
I used to have a friend like Bethenny..many good times had, but being older I’m now wiser. The combative, aggressive energy in someone like this is exhausting. Constant vitriol and need to be right isn’t something I would ever want in a friend now. Seems like she has more healing to do within. She’s so angry.
Jill is a good friend and one you would want- and should want- to keep.

WoW. So, I always blamed Jill for what happened on RHoNY. It was very enlightening/sad to learn how situations were manipulated by early ambitions and the production company. Jill owned her stuff and really seemed in a better place during Bethenny's questioning. And Bethenny seemed to soften a bit after finding out things she didn't know. This was wonderful to watch. Thank you, Jill for being vulnerable, and thank you Bethenny for airing this on YT. Praying that your relationship will only flourish from here, not in to what it was, but something even more beautiful. (PS- You read it here first that there will be some kind of collaboration that will make both J&B even more successful) ♥
I remember all those years ago watching RHONY I was in my twenties and I was so sad when you guys didn’t talk anymore you had so much friend chemistry together I’m so glad you’re talking again. Heartwarming

After reading some of these comments, I just want to say that I understand that they (Bethenny) interrupt each other a lot, but this is VERY Jill and Bethenny on the show when they were close. I don’t think either one was annoyed about it during this podcast. They are working through so much and they both have SO many thoughts going through their heads. People are saying Bethenny is too controlling, but she’s also trying to cover all these topics in a way that makes sense (Jill does tend to ramble and go off on tangents). I think this was a beautiful moment, and I think it’s awesome.

I've always loved bethenny and Jill together, they were the only reason I used to watch the show. Bethenny reminds me so much of myself, coming from trauma you learn to build walls around you to protect yourself and sadly we build them so high we trap ourselves in them, no wonder we struggle to breathe. Anyone coming to chisel away at them I can guarantee you were working a thousand times harder to fill them cracks right back up, no wonder we become so exhausted. Sometimes we just need to be left alone to breathe. Massive love to you both. All my love from the UK 👌

I broke into tears, I saw the very first episode of real housewives of New York and I saw everything that went down and other than my wanting a real reunion with the Supremes my whole life, I wanted to see the friendship get repaired between Bethany and Jill. I’m happy they’re on the road to healing and becoming probably the best of friends again. Good luck to you both and it was a pleasure watching this whole segment from beginning to end how you both communicate it’s difficult for people to understand at times but only the two of you can talk like this. I believe you both made housewives of New York what it was because your spectacular tastes and you both are funny. Good luck to you and I wish nothing but the best for all of you

Well, we have waited a long time for this! As an original NY housewives fan this is long overdue. Jill never stopped loving Bethenny. I always felt that. I know it took Bethenny awhile due to her past. And she was hurt by Jill, another woman in her life that hurt her. I really hope they can have a healthy relationship now that the show it over. Jill must remember not to crowd her, just give her space. They will be just fine🙏 I am absolutely so happy.
Jill can be overbearing and too pushy then overly sensitive .

I said and watch today about five or six episodes of the new housewives of OC. I hate that they brought back Vicky. I hope it's not permanently oh, I cannot handle her. She screams too much.
As for Tamara, I think she is a troublemaker. Several years ago, when there was a lady on there briefly, she told her something about someone saying that she quote sucked dick quote. The really the person was saying that she didn't have to anymore since she was not married she wasn't saying anything about the one person she was talkin about all married ladies, including Tamara. But Tamara likes to twist things around and make it look bad for one other person, not everyone. I hate they brought her back too. She loves to turn things around and make everyone else look bad instead of herself
