I remember watching Bethenny’s show when she was pregnant with Bryn and how much she cared about being a good mom. It’s obvious she’s done a wonderful job. Love seeing their bond. ❤
She hurled an insult about her daughters braces right back at her. She’s rude and abrasive. And the way she snatched the markers out of her hand instead of asking her to put them away. I’m glad she’s not my mother. She doesn’t seem to have a nurturing vibe at all lol
Over the years, the Bethenny haters would say how crazy she is, but other than being sassy & bold, I never considered B to be crazy. Watching Bryn reinforces I WAS RIGHT! Wonderful kid & great mamma. Watching them interact makes me wish I had the same relationship with my own mom at Bryn’s age ❤ Bryn is just lovely and is a reflection of how her mom taught her to interact with the world.
She was the most grounded of them all. She was not wealthy as an adult until she and her now her ex husband sold her Skinny Margarita to a liquor distributor.
As the mother of 4 adult daughters I was always the strict mom. I didn’t care how many eye rolls, doors slamming etc. didn’t care how mad they were at me. Protect at all cost!
As a daughter of a strict mom, i’m so thankful that my mom was strict and not the other way around! I was definitely NOT allowed to watch rated R movies or wear makeup when I was 13 or wear bikinis at the pool. The girls in my class whose parents did let them get perms, wear makeup and tight clothes and bikinis starting at such a young age, also had sex at a way younger age.
Exactly my statement a few minutes ago... simply coz I thank my dad every single day up until today at 70 for the strictness and discipline he's raised me and my siblings with back in the 60s and 70s it is what has took us through life up untill this very day😊
Absolutely! My Mum made me exclusive and cool 😂 (by NOT letting me go to sleepovers and EVERY event/party/bbq EVER held by wo/man 😂 - and talking to me about everything I ever wanted to talk about)
Bethany you should be so proud that your daughter is so honest with you! Keep up the open communication. Enjoy every second with your AMAZING DAUGHTER. Bethany time goes by so quickly, enjoy every second with her!
Absolutely 💯; if something went wrong... allowing her to be free to ROAM the town whenever... SHE WOULD BLAME HERSELF! GREAT PARENTING Bethany..you should BE PROUD OF YOURSELF!!!
To watch Bryn come into this world and to see her now… WOWWW!! Bethenny!!! You are such an incredible Mama!!! Add that to your impressive list of accomplishments!!! ❤
I love how Bethenny listens to her daughter intently and looks at her in a very motherly manner. So sweet! Bryn is a doll! ❤ and Bryn’s giggles 🤭 when mom ask “those questions” hilarious 🤣
Bryn is precious and walking in NYC alone. NO! Bethenny keep being a 9 strict. You are raising her up the right way. That’s why she’s so grounded and secure in herself.
Who wants to see Bethenny play volleyball? 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️🏐 A full video of Mommy and Me playing volleyball! ❤❤❤ Brynn is so sweet! I’m so happy she’s cool supporting her mom’s career.
I am also, a strict Mom with letting my 13 yo walk the streets alone. You have done an Amazing job as a Mom, and have raised a truly Beautiful outside and inside young lady!!!!
Not letting your 13-year-old walk the streets alone is not being strict. It’s being smart. Not letting your 13-year-old watch rated R movies or wear make up or have social media accounts and placing priority on school homework and sports activities is more along the lines of being a strict parent.
The story about Bethenny saying “great job” to the 8th grader is a classic middle school story hahaha I feel like my parents did the same thing and I was mortified
I love the relationship you have with Bryan. Clearly you make it safe and comfortable for her to tell you anything and that’s what parents need to do today. I think you’re amazing!!! And your daughter is so classy and eloquent.
Feel blessed you’re Mumma isn’t a pushover! She’s strict in your words is her loving you and trying to show you how the world can be a strange and beautiful place all at the same time.. She’s keeping her eyes open and on point because she knows you’re a great kid already and you don’t need to grow up too fast.. Enjoy being young & fun for the next few years at least 😂 You’re beautiful being you ❤
i absolutely love this! i can’t believe how much brynn has grown up. she’s respectful and well rounded. i love that bethanny is so hands on and realistic as a “ friend” but also a stern mother who is INVOLVED. beautiful balance. i love this. ❤❤❤❤ be proud b. you are doing great.
Your daughter is a beauty…more importantly she is smart, kind and engaging. Those are the qualities that jumped out at me from watching this podcast for the first time. I really enjoyed watching this mother-daughter talk and all the questions and honest answers…we should all take time to be involved on this level with our kids. ♥️
“How am I strict?” Right after she grabs the pens Brynn’s messing with😂Love you B! You’re a great caring, warm, respectful mother🤍 with 2 daughters, don’t think she’s going to answer your questions, one after the next forever! Let her do her thing in kitchen and assume she’ll clean it up for herself. I wasn’t allowed to do laundry- now my biggest issue. She doesn’t have to go all fixing the chaos because she listens to you. You’re the alpha🐰
They grow up so fast! But I think Bethany can relate to teens and young women. Bryn is so cute. She is not afraid to be honest with her mother about sensitive topics.
You have cultivated a great relationship with your daughter- I love that you ask her questions, and that you respect her. You can see that you have a close bond, and that you are both tenderly love each other. Blessings
You are so good to be doing this. Keep those lines of communication going. 8th graders are more open to talking about such topics...the older they get, less so....soooo keep talking!
I don’t have any kids but it’s very cute to have a little buddy you can talk with. You’ve raised a good girl and you’re lucky to have a daughter who seems to both really love and like you Bethenny.
She is a great teenager because Bethany you have done an amazing job! Pat yourself a bit on the back. You deserve it!!! And Brynn keep being who you are. What an amazing young lady!
Bethany is a great Mom! We don’t need to be our kid’s best friend, we are suppose to protect, guide, set rules and teach. A good parent is a strict parent. So proud of Bethany!❤
Bethany was never my favorite character. I watched her a while back. Haven’t followed her lately. For whatever reason I stopped and watched her. She was talking about her mother, and now this one. She’s a good mom!!! Bryn is a sweet kid. KUDOS!!
What is the difference between being a "sweet kid" and "a kid that's afraid of her mother (or father)" ? People seem to not see the difference. At all.
I have no clue? I just thought she was a sweet child! Don’t come at me?!?!?! I said what I said! Why judge someone you don’t know??? Do you live with them??? Are you a direct family member or close friend??? Seriously!
If you’re 13 year old daughter asks you to get matching heart tattoos get them. Run don’t walk! You love each other so much and Bryn obviously wants that connection forever and wants to seal it with a ❤ tattoo!
I agree it's a beautiful sentiment. ❤ Yet I would be worried that it would give my daughter the emotional greenlight to continue with tattoos all over her body.
This was very cute. Seeing beautiful, sweet and charming Bryn and Mamma B getting real with one another. I like that you openly talk about these things - so important. You did cross your arms alot. Engaging. Hit the spot after a long, challenging day! Thank you for sharing
What a great idea for a podcast! Speaking openly, and honestly, and more importantly, listening to a teenagers point of view, should be interesting and fun for all of us who have gone through it and are going through it
Bethenny you’re the same as me and your daughter reminds me of my daughter. Someday they will understand when they grow up and have a daughter or son of their own. I’m 62 and my daughter is 27. ❤
I love this!!! So glad you both decided to have a podcast together. I think it’s super special and honestly, I have a daughter about the same age and it makes me want to ask some of those questions. Definitely relationship building, etc.! Can’t wait to see more.
Love this I have the same type of relationship with my two sons 17 n 20 they truly are good kids never in trouble, did great in school I was a stay at home mom, very lucky to have raised my kids
She looks just like her dad. He and his family have also done great upbringing with her despite the drawn out custody and divorce battle. I hope she remains close and has healthy relationships with father and his family. It will be in her best interest. 🙏
Adorable kid. My youngest is an 11 yr old girl. THEY ARE HARD…but the best! Y’all lost me a bit at the swifty thing.. I can’t with her. Love the content and the honest discussion. Our girls need us in the tween & teen years more than ever. 🙏🏻
Just the fact that you can do this podcast with Brin is amazing. Most teen girls wouldn’t do it. Your daughter is YOU! She is STRONG! I loved watching the hard questions and she never backed down. YOU DONE IT RIGHT KIDDO Congratulations it’s so hard now. 🥰❤️

i love this for you two. Brynn is healing the little girl in you. You're a great mom.
As much as I enjoyed this … she’s adorable… it just reminded me of how quick it changed. One minute you’re the cool mom and the next you’re the enemy. It eventually comes full circle but there’s a growth period where she will feel the need to “distance” herself from you. This is necessary to her evolving into full independence…but it hurts. Our whole job is to raise a competent, kind adult…however, if she can’t stand her ground with you, then how is she going to go out in the world and slay the beast? On the one hand you’re impressed with her stubborn determination and on the other…it just hurts! Trust the process, all this work you’ve put in will pay off. Whether it’s the best of times or the worst of times…this too shall pass. I think one of the things I’m most proud of in raising my kids was these “real” talks. Not talking to them like they’re a child to the point of talking down to them. Just being real and honest with them has been the best preparation for their future adulting. You can immediately tell she’s intelligent and grounded. Great job! Now gird your loins 😂😂❤
This was so enjoyable to watch! I could’ve watched another 25 minutes. I love your relationship with your daughter, you’re tuned in the way a good parent should be and it’s very sweet ❤️
❤Daughters ARE The BEST! I have an adopted daughter. She is the light of my life. She was the best gift I ever received when I was 37 years old after fertility problems. She came to us from foster care. Adoption is an absolutely joyful, wonderful option. I also have a birth child. My love is just the same for both. Love is so expanding.and encompasses them both❤ Ps. Kids these days are far, far ❤ more sensible then most of us were with our 80s/90s wild child experience with drugs, sex, rock & roll. My 2 kids- 11 and 15 are absolute angels compared to how I behaved. Bryn seems just the same. She has a wide head on her shoulders. ❤
This is hysterical. Great podcast. Feel like I’ve known Brynn her whole life. My youngest daughter ( lives in CO- I’m in Houston) and I have been texting tonight over a traumatic event. Her 4 year old recently got the cutest little bob haircut. Tonight she found mom’s scissors and cut her hair. It’s a little bit mullet looking. My daughter is hysterical, but trying to tell her daughter that she looks beautiful. I remember those teen days. My 3 are grown, educated, productive and happy adults. Never thought we would get here. Brynn seems very grounded.
She is beautiful Bethany So wonderful to see a mom like me Abusive cycles can be broken I realy can't understand how someone can abuse there child just because they were Thank you so much for sharing You hav helped so many
Oh my gosh Bethenny, you and Bryn are sooo great! I watched this and laughed so hard, and got teary eyed because I miss those days with my daughter! You are the best Mom in the world, hands down. I thought I was good at parenting, but you win girlfriend. I visit the Hamptons a lot during summer, live in Maine full time, and my prayer is that one day I will run into you and Bryn and give you both a huge hug. Bryn, you’re adorable and amazing, and such a lovely young lady. Keep those fingers crossed, I gotta meet you two! I’m not a stalker, a lover of you both.💕💕
Bethenny- your podcast on your own childhood shows the enormous obstacles you have faced. You have overcome so much to be the polar opposite of what you had. You should be SO PROUD to have raised such a poised, level headed beautifully articulate daughter. Age wise, I could be your mother and I would only validate how beautiful and smart you are and a fabulous mother to boot! Sending lots of admiration and support your way❤️
I loved this! The reason I know how to clean efficiently and well is because my Mama taught me. It taught me to appreciate and enjoy my space. Every so often I would rearrange my room and decorate, put up new posters. I see so many people that don’t know how to mend a shirt. Write a thank you note. Thank you notes were very important in my home. I was taught to address company. I didn’t look at my Mama as strict. It was the 70s and 80s. I just knew I could not go skating on Saturday night till my chores were done. So I knocked it out. That is still how I live today. She worked part time at a Super Dollar Store. Often I would hang out there and help. She taught me how to count change. I am so grateful for Mama. She’s been gone 33 years now.
I love the relationship you have with each other. You’re such a great mom and have a beautiful daughter. I love the fact that you can give her so much but have taught her not to be entitled. Keep these coming. You creak me up 😂❤❤❤❤
I raised three great daughters and I can say Bethanny , I commend you , it’s harder now then ever and Brynn is awesome! She seems really happy and well adjusted for her age 🙌🏻
Your daughter says the same thing that mine says..... You don't let me walk around outside or go out alone. See we are amazing moms!!! I am glad she sounds just like my daughter!! She's absolutely smart..caring and beautiful inside and out!!!💖❤️
I love the honesty between you two & the fact that Brynn just talks to you..... without rolling her eyes at you. Mine is in to the eye rolling -- makes it hard to have those honest talks & not get frustrated as a mom.
My daughter and I are like this and I love it! When she was in middle school and high school I was the mom all the friends loved and thought was so cool and funny. But they also thought I was too strict because I wouldn’t let her do a lot of things the other parents allowed. I’d tell my daughter I wasn’t “all the other parents” and didn’t care if she was the last kid on the planet to get Snapchat. If she stepped out of line, I was on her like white on rice. I have been the parent that could yell the loudest and laugh the hardest. She left for college this year and I’m not sure who misses who the most. She just told me that she has been working and saving her money to buy me my Mother’s Day gift for this year - the matching tattoos she’s begged me to get with her since she was a tween. I grew up in a pretty conservative environment and was an elementary school teacher before deciding to become a stay at home mom. Teaching is one of those careers where tattoos and piercings are NOT encouraged - especially when I first started out. So, I decided I was going to rebel against all those years of being so prime and proper and decided to get multiple piercings in my ears and cartilage and **for GASP** my first and only tattoo. My husband and daughter, who was about 10 at the time, went with me to a seedy tattoo parlor in Atlanta. She thought it was the coolest thing and started planning for our “Mommy and Me” tattoos. We are both big cat lovers so we’re each getting a small cat on the inside of our wrist, whose tails will form a heart when we hold our wrists side by side. Maybe corny to some, but it means the world to me that she wants to get this permanent expression of love with her mom. Cherish every moment of this extraordinary relationship you share with Bryn. You were both created for each other! 💕💕🥰💕💕 ~ Linda
Learned a lot! 1, your daughter is adorable, 2 we both have daughters the same age, 3 we are both 53, 4 your daughters middle name is my daughters first name and 5 I didn't know Taylor Swift learned to sing her songs in Japanese! Very cute show!
Im literally obsessed with Bryn, what a sweet amazing sould .. and bryn and bethenny’s relationship makes me insaley happy. So glad bethenny has this magical relationship after so much heartache her ex put her thru. U girls will always have each other!
This was great! I am so glad you both decided to do this podcast together. You are both so blessed to have each other. As a mother of a teen I totally get this dynamic. Beautiful to see. Continued Blessings and Support. ~Love&Light♥️Carli
My daughter is 13 and I have the same kind of relationship. She’s my bestie and my most frustrating relationship. But to see how amazing she’s become as a young woman makes my ❤ melt. I love seeing the world through her eyes to show the change of perspective but also that she recognizes that sometimes moms older ways are more successful.
B!!! She is so beautiful and wonderful. Reminds me of my niece. Let her go in the kitchen & mess it up a tad so she feels comfy & creative & welcome in her own home! One day the kitchen messes won’t be there 😢 love to you both
You both are so fun and the bond you have with your daughter is so Beautiful and Brite. Im so blown away by the two of you, I am so impressed by your obvious devotion and the time you have put into being a parent. Bravo to the two of you. what you two have has Intrinsic value and can not be broken by anyone or anything. I dont know you but im so proud of you both and what you have created together. great pod cast! I will be bragging to all my friends to tune in and watch....what a special Mother and Daughter
I remember watching Bethenny’s show when she was pregnant with Bryn and how much she cared about being a good mom. It’s obvious she’s done a wonderful job. Love seeing their bond. ❤
I know, right… and Bryan is so grown and adorable and you can tell they have such an awesome relationship. So happy to see💕

Hi😅
I am shocked how quickly Bryn has grown up. She seems like a very sweet, lovely young girl. You should be so proud B! Job well done!❤
She's so pretty and Sweet.❤❤
Your strictness paid off BIG TIME. Bryn is lovely...
The word "no" goes a long way and from a young age not just when they hit their rebellious teenage years it's far to late by then.
Structure! She did well and raised a well rounded teen
Bethenny is a great listener. I love this mother-and-daughter dynamic.
Sarcastic or serious?
Haha more like interrgator
She hurled an insult about her daughters braces right back at her. She’s rude and abrasive. And the way she snatched the markers out of her hand instead of asking her to put them away. I’m glad she’s not my mother. She doesn’t seem to have a nurturing vibe at all lol
@@pariszSERIOUS!!!
@Diametricallyopposed00 until and unless you lived thru all of the trauma she's lived thru I suggest you ZIP IT
Over the years, the Bethenny haters would say how crazy she is, but other than being sassy & bold, I never considered B to be crazy. Watching Bryn reinforces I WAS RIGHT! Wonderful kid & great mamma. Watching them interact makes me wish I had the same relationship with my own mom at Bryn’s age ❤ Bryn is just lovely and is a reflection of how her mom taught her to interact with the world.
100 PERCENT AGREE!!
She was the most grounded of them all. She was not wealthy as an adult until she and her now her ex husband sold her Skinny Margarita to a liquor distributor.
Well said 💯
Bryn seems to be a well adjusted young lady.
As the mother of 4 adult daughters I was always the strict mom. I didn’t care how many eye rolls, doors slamming etc. didn’t care how mad they were at me. Protect at all cost!
Yes 👏👏👏👏 Mama bear you go girl!
Teenage hormones are a challenge for the teen and the parent! Hang on tight!
Are you a nervous wreck now that they're adults? Or do they still live at home 😃
Mum of 3 boys so I have never had problems with them.
“You’re funny and I like you!” She’s sooo sweet, that touched my heart ❤

So refreshing to see kind interaction between mom and daughter at her age especially! Stay strict! Teen girls are a species of their own 🤣
Me too❤
I’ll say
Love Shitts creek
Trust me when she becomes an adult. She will thank you a thousand times over for keeping a pulse on her.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Exactly my statement a few minutes ago... simply coz I thank my dad every single day up until today at 70 for the strictness and discipline he's raised me and my siblings with back in the 60s and 70s it is what has took us through life up untill this very day😊

ok, when she tells her "I like you" my heart friggin' melted. I want nothing more than complete happiness and joy for these two.
She's in great hands w. you. We need more real parents like you.
Bethany you should be so proud that your daughter is so honest with you! Keep up the open communication. Enjoy every second with your AMAZING DAUGHTER. Bethany time goes by so quickly, enjoy every second with her!
I like that you protect her and make sure she’s not walking around the city at weird hours or alone. That’s not strict it’s very good parenting 👏🏼
Absolutely 💯; if something went wrong... allowing her to be free to ROAM the town whenever... SHE WOULD BLAME HERSELF! GREAT PARENTING Bethany..you should BE PROUD OF YOURSELF!!!
What a beautiful healthy Mother Daughter relationship.❤Bryn is a doll!❤ Awesome mom!!!!
To watch Bryn come into this world and to see her now… WOWWW!! Bethenny!!! You are such an incredible Mama!!! Add that to your impressive list of accomplishments!!! ❤
Takes first place in list of accomplishments!
Does she have to share custody with the ex husband? I wonder if Brynn gets along with her dad?
Exactly 💯
I love how Bethenny listens to her daughter intently and looks at her in a very motherly manner. So sweet! Bryn is a doll! ❤ and Bryn’s giggles 🤭 when mom ask “those questions” hilarious 🤣
Bryn is precious and walking in NYC alone. NO! Bethenny keep being a 9 strict. You are raising her up the right way. That’s why she’s so grounded and secure in herself.
Exactly 💯
Bryn is so sweet. All kids think parents are too strict. I had almost free rein and still thought my mom was too strict. 😂
Watching Bethany watch her daughter talk, the love is beaming.
Who wants to see Bethenny play volleyball? 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️🏐
A full video of Mommy and Me playing volleyball! ❤❤❤
Brynn is so sweet! I’m so happy she’s cool supporting her mom’s career.
Mommy and Me is kind of inappropriate at this point... Brynn is 13 ffs🙄
You can see the absolute love that oozes from Bethenny towards her daughter. Nothing like a mother’s love!!
I am also, a strict Mom with letting my 13 yo walk the streets alone. You have done an Amazing job as a Mom, and have raised a truly Beautiful outside and inside young lady!!!!

I remember you putting the baby car seat in the car after having her. Time flies. You always been a real one.
Bryn teasing mama playing Volleyball is hilarious! Bryn’s laugh makes me giggle 🤣

I liked how Bryn’s face lit up and smiled big when she started talking about her skincare routine 🩵
Hands Down my most favorite show EVER. It’s so nice seeing this side of Bethany

Yep - looks just like him.
They grow up so fast! But I think Bethany can relate to teens and young women. Bryn is so cute. She is not afraid to be honest with her mother about sensitive topics.
It's great to hear a 13 year olds perspective. She comes across as candid and honest. Great video.

Bryn and Bethenny… oh my goodness… the best of both worlds!!!! Is it Christmas?🎄
Bethany, you have done a great job raising your beautiful, sweet kiddo.
I am glad for Bryn for having a healthy grandparents who love her. It is so important for a child to learn what family union is all about.
Bethany is a great Mom! We don’t need to be our kid’s best friend, we are suppose to protect, guide, set rules and teach. A good parent is a strict parent.

I love the honest conversation between mother and daughter. You can tell you're each other's best friends!
I love your relationship ❤️
The mother daughter relationship is so beautiful and honest. You raised a fine daughter Bethany.
I'm torn about the tattoo thing.. not quite sure how I feel about that..as in whether I'd agree to it or not.
She is one of two parents. That's a bit delicate.
This was very cute. Seeing beautiful, sweet and charming Bryn and Mamma B getting real with one another. I like that you openly talk about these things - so important. You did cross your arms alot. Engaging. Hit the spot after a long, challenging day! Thank you for sharing
Asking about skincare she immediately brightened. My mama heart 🥰🥰🥰💗💗
Can she interview you next time?!? 🙌

Hi Bethenny and Bryn...here for this❤❤
Just the fact that you can do this podcast with Brin is amazing. Most teen girls wouldn’t do it.

She is STRONG!
I loved watching the hard questions and she never backed down.
YOU DONE IT RIGHT KIDDO Congratulations it’s so hard now. 🥰❤️
i love this for you two. Brynn is healing the little girl in you. You're a great mom.
Kid says "strict."
Parent says "safe."
When parents win, everyone wins.
Love is so expanding.and encompasses them both❤
Ps.
She is beautiful Bethany
So wonderful to see a mom like me
Abusive cycles can be broken
I realy can't understand how someone can abuse there child just because they were
Thank you so much for sharing
You hav helped so many
Oh my gosh Bethenny, you and Bryn are sooo great!
Bethenny is so wonderful. So real. Beautiful daughter. Seem to be a humble young lady.
Bryn is ADORABLE!!!! Such a sweet girl. I love your honest relationship with her.
This just made my morning! You two are the sweetest together, Bethenny, you are such a good mom ❤
I love the relationship you have with each other. You’re such a great mom and have a beautiful daughter. I love the fact that you can give her so much but have taught her not to be entitled. Keep these coming. You creak me up 😂❤❤❤❤
You two need more podcasts together! I laughed the whole time when you both were talking about classmates!
She's absolutely smart..caring and beautiful inside and out!!!💖❤️
It so nice to see how your daughter is growing up. So very mature and both ofyou have a great relationship.
I love the honesty between you two & the fact that Brynn just talks to you..... without rolling her eyes at you. Mine is in to the eye rolling -- makes it hard to have those honest talks & not get frustrated as a mom.
Bryn is lovely. I love this mama-daughter vibe. Sweeties.
Love how you girls are so close! Bryn is growing into such a wonderful young lady❤❤good job Bethany
Bethany, you're a great mom!!!! And your daughter is a well rounded respectful, kind gal!!!🩷🩷👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I love Bethenny she was my favorite on RHONY...Im so happy her and Bryn have e a great relationship.
You two are so cute! 💗
Learned a lot! 1, your daughter is adorable, 2 we both have daughters the same age, 3 we are both 53, 4 your daughters middle name is my daughters first name and 5 I didn't know Taylor Swift learned to sing her songs in Japanese! Very cute show!

One day the kitchen messes won’t be there 😢 love to you both
Brynn your mom is awesome!! lol I love your dynamic together!! Bethany you did great raising her!!!
