    Not only helpful with the whole Si thing but with the words never and but. I often got confused. Seeing them in one sentence together, in context, helped. Never always goes at the end.

    Whatch out. If si reflexive is with another reflexive verb it becomes se (se is "if" too). For example:
    He takes an ice cream -> lui si prende un gelato.
    He takes it -> lui se lo prende.

    Alright, though some of the examples you gave can't actually be classified as "SI impersonale", rather as "SI passivante" (at 2:27, 2:59 and 5:36), 'cause they can be correcly replaced by an equivalent ordinary passive sentence.

    5:38 I can't believe Italian have also the expression of taking a bath for "swimming". I am Filipino and we also have an expression like this in the Hiligaynon language. Puwede mag-ligo (One can take a bath)=One can swim. Che interesante.

    Si to depart i'd have to arrive but if we don't know when one arrives shouldn't we say also that we don't know when you depart

    ...ma se dico: "Ci si va in macchina?" (Per esempio in montagna) è un altro caso, non è vero? "Ci" non sostituisce "si"...

    • @janeyre82
      @janeyre82 3 роки тому

      Nell'esempio che hai fatto, CI è solo un avverbio di luogo (sostituisce "in montagna").
      Il doppio pronome CI SI al quale ti riferisci tu è quello che si usa in frasi come "Ci si vede domani" o "Ci si lava le mani col sapone", dove in realtà dovremmo avere due SI, di cui uno reciproco (nella prima frase) o riflessivo (nella seconda) e l'altro impersonale, ma il primo dei due diventa CI per evitare la ripetizione.
