- This is my 1978 Grande "Benito" Benito means "blessed" in Italian.

Does these have a governor or throttle restriction?
Did you do anything to seal the tank? If not did it just rust again right away?
Is the tank still rust free? Or did it rust again?
Hey man. Just curious if you could help me I changed the rear tire on my grande lost the hardware to bolt everything back together could you please help me with what nuts and bolts I need to get it back together thanks

Awesome video, i have the same bike 1980 red no turn signal version. Did you ever find out witch version you have be it the 3 models they released the 20mph 25mph and 30mph? only a few differences in the models. Iv been obsessed with working on this bike for a while now cant wait to see how yers turns out. keep posting

@@benitothevespa636 yea on the Variator side of the subframe there is a black n white sticker with 20 25 or 30. If not it came off.
Hey dude I have the same bike! I was wondering couple of things. Were you able to remove the rust on your bike in areas like the rims and the main body of the bike?
The main body is tricky because you cant get the rust off without damaging the paint. The rims are east enough with SOFT steel wool and some rust remover- same stuff you saw in the video!
@@benitothevespa636 you can also sodablast any chrome parts to get rust off without destroying the chrome,
Also , my chains are exposed and so is my belt. Where could I get the cover parts ?
