Monitor problem

What is the proble? Monitor,graphic card or dvi cable? I cant understand,what the fu*k is wrong? I bought new DVI cable today,it cost me 25€ an the same problem...
GPU- GeForce 9500GT 512mb
Monitor- Yakumo(never hear about this brand,anyway its old for about 3-4 years... 17inches...
If anybody know what is the problem,help me!!!

@Tomazolika Thanks for your reply!!! I figured it out finally... Some capacitor or chip inside the monitor on the main board was overheating....And that is why screen was jumping and showing lines... I bored the hole on the back,and screwed 120mm fan... And now is working,but dono for how long... :) Hehe

The problem is caused by the monitor's power supply !
The lcd panel works perfectly .
