In this video, we explore the crazy city of Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. Join us on our adventure through the vibrant streets and markets of Hanoi, where we embark on an amazing tour full of unforgettable experiences and incredible sights. The first stop on our journey was the famous Train Street, where we captured heart-stopping moments as the train zoomed past just inches away from us. It was a true adrenaline rush! We then made our way to the serene Hoan Kiem Lake, where we strolled across the iconic red bridge to explore the enchanting Den Ngoc Son Temple. No visit to Hanoi is complete without indulging in the unique flavors of the Vietnamese cuisine. We sipped on the legendary egg coffee, a delightful local specialty, and savored mouthwatering street food such as bun cha, spring rolls, and the iconic Pho. Navigating through the bustling streets of Hanoi was a true adventure when we hopped on two of the famous cycle rickshaws. The chaotic traffic added to the thrill, making it an unforgettable experience. To escape the city buzz, we had a relaxing and fun ride on one of the many swan boats on the picturesque Ho Truc Bach Lake. And of course, we couldn't miss the chance to relax at the renowned Note Cafe, where we left our own colorful messages on the walls, adding to the vibrant ambiance.
Don't forget to stick around for our bloopers, where we share the funny mishaps that occurred along the way. So join us on this crazy journey through Hanoi and let's explore the wonders of this incredible city together!
We hoped you enjoyed this video. Definitely our favourite video so far! We had so much fun making it. Hanoi is such an amazing city. So grateful we can show the world the beauty of this city through our experience.

We love to see people enjoying Vietnam. We're based here now, so it's great seeing other vloggers' impressions. We totally enjoyed Hanoi and a bit cooler too than HCMC.
Hey! We follow your channel! You girls are awesome. Vietnam is amazing! Such a surprise. We can't wait to come back and see more of the country. How is it to live in HCMC?
@@livingthejolife Thanks for the reply :) HCMC is very hot right now, but it's an exciting city to live in - and Vietnam is a great place to base yourself, very affordable. Oh and btw, it was Steph who asked about your beautiful abayas on insta as we're off to Saudi in October! We're really excited about that!
@@girlsontheloose1 That's great that you enjoy living there. We are use to the heat...you haven't experienced heat until you experience Saudi heat 😂 October will still be hot and very humid 😬 Hope the link I sent to the abaya store was helpful. Hope you enjoy your travels in Saudi. You will be blown away by the hospitality!

Just FYI guys, where you went was the Hanoi old quarter where high rises are not allowed, which is why the area looks a bit provincial and backwards. Hanoi is actually the most developed city in Vietnam with many skyscrapers, malls and modern roads, but these are located in other newer districts. These areas are of course of little interest to tourists so no one really goes there, hence why most Vlogs of Hanoi are shot in the old quarter giving the impression of Hanoi being quite under-developed, which is actually not the case at all.
Thank you for watching and for the information. We actually got out on bikes and explored outside the old quarter. It was interesting to see the more modern side. I do love the old quarter of Hanoi. I hope it never changes. It so beautiful and unique! Hanoi has a special place in our heart for sure!

I started traveling to Vietnam in 2017 and I’ve been to Hanoi three times. I’ll actually be back in Vietnam next week. I’ll be in Saigon for three days then I’m going to Da Nang and hang around the beach enjoy Hanoi …drink a lot of egg coffee and eat a lot of Bun Cha and Try Bun Rieu crab soup it very good
Wow! Enjoy you trip!

Wow, such a lovely family!!! I love the positive energy that you guys brought to the viewers. It looks like you guys came to Hanoi during Xmas that's why all the streets were so much more crowded than normal 😂🎉
Really fun to watch this log and you guys really have the flexibility to understand different culture irrespective of their uniqueness to many other well-known western cultures.

Fun fact, vietnams usage of egg in coffee came from a milk shortage during the French war. So they end up using eggs as substitute! Also loving the video , you guys are so cute and wholesome!

A pro tip… Hoan Kiem lake is so much fun… it’s school holidays here so more than normal crowds of local families like to get out at night.
Having said that Friday evenings are the worst time also Saturday & Sundays the whole precinct is closed by fences and it becomes a walking street(Zone) so you be in the thick of the hustle and bustle normal!😆😆
As a local we know the places to go and not go.
Train Street was closed because of the very nature it’s dangerous and tourists have been injured badly! Govt decided to close it off thank goodness!
Many tubers have posted videos, but there are way more train 🚂 places to see for eg Long Biên Bridge!! Much safer and better outlook for those great shots . Enjoy our City it’s done me well for 4 years so far 😉🙏🏻
Thank you for the tip! Very useful information. We do LOVE the hustle and bustle! So fun to see everyone out have fun with their families. Hanoi is such a vibrant and unique city. Loved our trip so much!
I'm from Hanoi and I've never experienced train street of Hanoi. Because of your video, I will.
Thank you so much!

As for the burning money you came across...i think that is for sending to heaven to loved ones thar has passed away. I'm not sure but i am asian and my grandmother used to do that when we visited my grandfather at the cemetery.
I really enjoy all your travel blog videos!! 😊

Well that's a busy one i must say...wow how can so many people move in that place. It would drive me mad. So busy and colorful .Wouldn't mind being there to see it live.. Great show folks. Why spend all that money when you can take me there...Thanks for the look around...
Thanks very much for watching. We had a very fun time exploring this beautiful and unique city 😊
Love love your videos so i love it hanoi Vietnam keep safe ❤❤💪👍
So happy you are enjoying our content. Thanks so much for watching 😊
Very exciting adventure walk in the capitol of indochina.❤❤❤
We may take honking as a form of annoyance but in Vietnam it's a way of alerting people ahead so that they know you're behind them, helping to prevent accidents.
How do they know who is honking to who when 20 people are honking at each other all at once 🤣 Anyway, the system seems to work. That is what is fun about traveling see how countries do things differently.

It has been 2 years since I left Hanoi to move to HCM city. At heart, I seemingly prefer to live at Hanoi because a bunch of reasons. When it comes to culture, from my perspective, Hanoi is somewhere the mixture of both ancient costumes and cutting-edge lives still exists. I am struggling to find peace in HCM city which I can easily seek out in the northern Vietnam! In conclusion, busy and bustling lives are prevalent among HCM city.
Very happy for your family in Hanoi.
Thank you for watching 😊
What a lovely family ! There's much more to experience in Hanoi. However, you may need a local guy to direct you to the right places.
I really enjoyed your video ❤😊
Thank you so much for watching 🙏
Love the way Foreigner eating 'Pho' and using chopstik. so fun 😁😁😁
Only on festival days or weekends is Hanoi so crowded and chaotic. As for the first day of the week or the middle of the week, Hanoi is also peaceful and pleasant.
Guys, you made me so hungry watching this video :) please keep these videos coming.
Ha! You video'd my apartment on your swan boat ride...its one of the lovely buildings with great views of Truc Bach Lake, famed for being the location where US pilot John McCain dropped when shot down in 1967. The neighborhood has just been turned into a walking street, and far less insane than the Old Quarter. It is delightful to watch other Westerners discover and beome enamored with my adopted city. It's been endlessly fascinating me for a decade and a half.
That's so interesting! Very beautiful part of the city.
your video is so cute :X Love it!
Good job guys!
Thank you so much for watching 🙏
gosh I was laughing my head off when she said these chairs reminded me the preschool time. When I was in the car in those intersections with that kind of traffic, I was thinking like if that is me, I would simply abandon the car and walk off...I agree that it is extremely hard to walk on the streets not the footpath. Apart from that, I bet you had a great time and enjoyed it!
Ha ha happy you like our video. It was funny sitting on those little chair 😃 We had such an amazing time! Can't wait to come back!
chúc vui vẻ, hạnh phúc
I remember your daughter was emotional on her last day in Ho Chi Minh City😂. BTW, the high-rise skyscrapers are in downtown. You can enjoy the panoramic views of Hanoi from the Lotte Center Tower. Downtown is modern and different from the Old Quarter. Enjoy your stay in Vietnam!!!
Yes, she really enjoyed exploring HCMC and was so sad to leave. We were all emotional leaving Vietnam. Really looking forward to visiting again soon 😊
