I am from Sikkim but i am not 100% sure, they will suerly have another job . probably a govt job because there are very few private companies.

4. It is about 1 hour away from Gangtok and then you have to walk down 20 minutes
5. Wifi is there but we are not about hi speed
6. Power backup is not there unfortunately. But there aren't many power cuts
