Site is really nice but is it affordable? If not, the project will find difficulties maintaining its Break Even Points to make it sustainable from business points of views. Once I visited Manali with family and stayed in Government Tourists Lodge just on the Bank of Bias river, the chuckling sounds of flowing water of Bias mesmerizing me even today.
