She wore the makeup before the group formed in 2014 and it became an integral part of her image, and she was rarely seen in public without it.. After she left the group in 2019 she stopped wearing it.
They are part of the underground Idol scene in Japan and have gone through numerous line of changes over the years and the majority of their music is on the darker side and have been to the US and UK
the meaning of the lyrics is ambivalent. But if you listen to it some more it becomes clearer that they are already dead. And they invite you to follow them. Necronomidol's music provides a wide variety of dark music. From dark wave to black metal. And despite the numerous line-up changes their style was never compromised. More recent songs would be TUPILAQ or RITUAL and it is rumored that at the end of this month they will release a video to their song "End of Days". That should be awesome!
