- A look at a couple of Sortimo T-Boxx units I picked up. Very similar to the L-Boxx but has a polycarbonate lid and is not interlockable.

Cool boxes!!!
they fit into the big L-box drawer, which is specificly designed for that purpose by bosch
I have had sortimo now 5 years i bought the drill set and you got a sortimo lbox2 with inserts
I now have over 35 sortimo cases lboxes t boxes racks all sizes they are good qaulity
and have not had one break yet no problems at all which is pretty good as I use everyday at work
if the" handles or lid etc do break you can buy the new part and fix
I bought four of these when they were about $50 a box some years ago . Now I wish I had purchased a dozen more as the price has increased to an unjustifiable amount for my budget. They're the best .
So COOL!!
Nice system, as a collector of too many screws, bolts and small fittings for my various hobbies this is ideal, thanks.
Another KC Tools unboxing video please! 😁
The algorithm is recommending kids toy videos lol.
Wow, those things get a TON of views.
Oh lol. I just noticed :D
well, u need organizers for kids toys and lego and stuff :D
Indeed, colors = toys for kids
Same here!
I used Brother TZE tapes, and labeled my insert boxes eat the top inside.
“ I really don’t go to the doctor anymore “🤔lucky man!
What's the black and blue tool on the table next to the case?
Love Sortimo boxes.. for smaller parts try Stanley small parts organizer, smaller bins , stackable, 1/4 the price.. they can hold 48 bins
How sturdy is it in comparison to other cases?
There is another option. The sortimo W-boxx is based on the T-boxx but is stackable (compatible with l-boxx)
Are the insert boxes the same size as the festool insert boxes? Meaning are the red containers interchangeable with the Festool red containers? Thanks
I don't think they are because the bottoms are different. Festool ones have tabs on the corners and the Sortimo ones have circles.
I just checked their website and it seems that they updated the model. Now its called "T-Boxx G" and all the inserts are black. I believs its to lower the value because they are a bit cheaper now
Hi! Do you know if festool/makita bins would fit into these boxes ? They look them same to me. Thanks.
So : no they don't fit.
The colored T-Boxx inserts are being discontinued. The replacements have the same form-factor, but are all dark-grey. And all but the 1x1 size have optional dividers. Check the German Sortimo site e.g www.mysortimo.de/en/Outlet/Inset-box/Inset-box-B3%2C-yellow%2C-72-pcs-/p/000000000051012356
You can use clear labels in Brother label makers, but they might wear off if you routinely put things on top of the box.
Mirror-printing or reverse adhesive would allow the labels to go on the inside, but I don't know if these innovations exist.
I use Akro-Mils bins, but with certain items rust is an issue. This is the price I pay for easy access.
Российский робот It does exist. My Dymo LableManager 280 has a mirror printing function
Man, I have loved these things since I saw them on tested. So expensive though
I’ve got some in the Durham ball bearing racks. They don’t fit perfect but the Flambeau satchel cases do!! Shoot me a message if anyone is interested or wants info.
Looks like really high quality stuff im surprised though they dont stack and lock together.
Off topic question: Could I use a Wera stainless L key set on non stainless screws without issues? Would they have the same longevity as comparable non stainless L keys? Thanks, keep up the great work
You can use iton non stainless screws.
Problem posibility of transferring normal steel into the hexagon hole. Then it will starting to rust.
Stainless steel L-keys will wear down much faster than the normalL-keys due to softer material.
Is that a box cutting razor knife to the right? the black dealio with gedore colored writing..?
Safety box opener made by Martor. Model is the Secumax 350.
I think labeling the bottom and so when you have contents the labeling is covered, then when its empty you just replenish.. You wont see any tacky labeling with words that way. Or have a card thats lamented that entails which row and which box contains what.
interesting note about the 19" rack. now I'm curious as I work in IT with racks.
I'm probably going to buy a couple of more and I'll use one of them to store my rack hardware (cage nuts, screws). I'll see how it works and put out an update in the future.
Here in the Netherlands you can buy the insertboxes per piece for like 80 cents per piece. Dude where are you from, your not from Germany i think
I understand your reviewing uncommon to North America products, and while these look nice, my DeWalt organizers ( www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-10-Compartment-Deep-Pro-Small-Parts-Organizer-DWST14825/203367153 ) are 1/3 the price, inset and lock together and are tough. I have three I stack together loaded with heavy conduit fittings, straps, MC connectors, beam clamps, etc and the middle handle carries it all no problem. Now the down side is the DeWalts do only come in a deep or shallow configuration and these have more bin configurations which is nice. But I have other storage solutions for that.
I used to be able to buy individual inserts for them. But now in europe i cannot find any store that sells them.
I've seen those used in Europe by Biomedical techs for servicing equipment....and yes, they are pricey.

My boxes are marked "hunersdorff"
They only make them in ugly-depression-black now. Including the inlays ... which ... you know... is just unbelievably dumb.

Ha I was 1st. Nice to see u followed me up. Good man

I have never seen a grown man have so much trouble labeling something..
