Phil’s book happy happy happy brought me back to the lord Jesus Christ. From there I purchased al and Phil’s duck commander family bible. It has been such a blessing, my wife and 3 kids are being baptized in the good ole Meramec river in just a few weeks. I will be getting re-baptized as well... thank you 🙏

I have the question 🤔 that I was baptized as a catholic at a young age but didn't find Jesus until I has 42 so do I need to be rebaptized

@Free Thinker in that time slavery was an everyday thing. Lots of accommodations in the bible for old times for this is obviously a fallen world with lots of evil. It's not accepted but rather was protecting their rights with rules. Right now were sitting behind our smart phones in the A/C. None of us could even imagine living in those times. It was brutal, dude.

My mom and I have really gotten into yalls podcast. I’ve been a believer in our father for as long as I can remember but you guys podcast have really helped me to know our lord and savior better. I’ve gotten into the word a lot more and my mom and I discuss the podcast with one another as well me sharing it with my kids. “Hope” is commonly used to mean a wish : its strength is the strength of the person's desire. But in the Bible hope is the confident expectation of what God has promised and its strength is in His faithfulness.

Phil is right to protect himself against the internet many have fallen to sin and trapped. Jase not all men have the power to resist it's temptation. It takes a close walk with God to resist the devil. Paul said walk in the spirit and you're not for fill the lust of the flesh

Hopefully many will read the scriptures and come into relationship with the only one that can help, heal, rescue, deliver, save, and all the like. After listening to these podcast I became convicted to get baptized. three weeks ago my brother baptized me in the Brule River in Northern Wisconsin!

I always try to keep good sense of humor and a pleasant countenance on my face even if things aren’t very good in my life because one thing is for sure, nobody is going to ask me what gives me hope if I never act like I have any!

Hope is better understood and appreciated from a place of no hope! While it can be hard to put into words... having it is far better than not having it! Thank you Jesus!
My go-to for hope (while in this body), is to know that Jesus is WITH me and will NEVER leave, nor, forsake me. He will see me through difficult times. Jesus will always have a better path to fix a problem than I would choose, or that I could imagine.

Soo inspiring! In this Corona time our church has been closed and so I`ve turned to the internet more than usual(church services as well as other general viewing). Becoming a youtube junky, unfortunately. But.....in the process has led me to find Phil and family on here preaching God`s word. I`ve never been more connected to God, it seems, than during Corona.

I’ve only been to Church a handful of times the last 35 years but I never lost my faith in God. Phil I want you to know how much I enjoy these Bible study podcasts and recently I started going back to Church. God never left me but I left him for a while. I’m so glad he put a man like you with a family like yours on this planet. I can relate to your issues both past and present. As a father of 4 daughters and a marriage that has lasted 46 years to the same woman so far. I went through the dames issues you did and for a while shut the Lord out but he kept calling me somehow. I would have been done with a person like I was but not Jesus or God. I’m so thankful for their love. I still have thing to straighten out in myself but I pray for strength and guidance from them. Thanks so much for these podcast ! May God keep you guys safe and sound !

Thank you for being true to God! It makes my heart happy to see there are true men in Christ.You all inspire my husband as he grows in Christ each day❤️ We are in search of a church family , so many churches these days just don’t have the same home feeling as when we were growing up and some don’t seem to preach what the Bible says. People move for jobs to provide for their families. So shouldn’t it be even more important to move somewhere for a true church of God, where people truly welcome each other and preach the true word of God? Our family is asking God to show us where he wants us to buy a home. And where he wants us with a church family. Will you please join us in that prayer? It’s weighs on me daily . But then every I have to remind myself to give it to God and he will lead us.

I 100% agree with you Jase. My cell phone has changed my life for the better ONCE I chose to use it for good. No different than the tv. I can't believe the garbage I used to watch! Now I only put shows on that align with my values. I teach my children the same. The smartphone allows me to listen to biblical podcasts such as Unashamed, books that have improved my thinking and financial management, UA-cam shows that are wholesome, but the part that I agree with Phil is that when you open up that browser there are stories right there in front of your face that I'd rather not see. It is a temptation that isn't worth it to Phil. What about Phil just getting a phone to call and text?
For the first time I've found a podcast I have stuck with. Love the Bible study. Iron sharpening iron.

I wanna share this story. My best friend's Dad was a minister & in his final moments before he died, his best friend came to lead him to Heaven. His friend's name was Roy and my friend's Dad said, "Well Ol Roy is here!" His daughter said, "Dad, Roy died 20 years ago." He said, "But he's right THERE!! Don't you see him?" He was laughing & so excited to see Roy, then he died. My friend's Dad led Ol Roy to The Lord about 30 years before. I can only IMAGINE how many will be there to guide Ol Phil over to meet Jesus :)

Looks like Pastor Al could lose his job as the moderator to Mr. Zach. I’m also noticing with Pastor Al gone that Phil is talking more and Jase is talking less.

Al is Jase’s and Phil’s handler. He is there to make sure Phil doesn’t pull a Joe Biden.

Kim Jones joe Biden is known to say things off the cuff ( going off the approved narrative - leaving his handlers to do damage control. Phil is the same way. Deep down Gods word is tattooed on Phil’s heart and Phil, every now and then, lets the truth slip out. When Phil was left to do that GQ interview where Phil speaks out against homosexuality. You’ll never hear Phil speak the truth so long as Al and Jase are controlling what Phil speaks. They will laugh at this but I’ve seen this happen with my own eyes in the church. The progressives are very crafty. They come in to your congregation and whisper lies - Turning families against each other. Husband and wives divorcing. Phil has become a puppet and his sons are the puppeteers.

If you can't put hope into something there would be no reason to be living. By having hope in Jesus gives you joy and life every day while we are here on earth in preparation for a return trip back home with our Lord in heaven.

To me proclaiming Jesus isn't about the eternity part. The eternal life is important because we get to spend that time with Jesus. It's not about a heavenly home, for me. It's about being in the presence of our Lord and Savior forever. That's the goal.
Jesus is our great hope and our great reward.
