Easy Nachos
Easy Nachos
Ingredients
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
• ⅓ cup water
• ⅔ cup black beans drained and rinsed
• 8 ounces tortilla chips
• 4 cups cheddar shredded, and/or Monterey Jack cheese
• 4 green onions sliced and divided
• toppings as desired, we used tomatoes, black olives and banana pepper rings
Instructions
• Preheat the oven to 375°F.
• In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
• Stir in the taco seasoning, water, and black beans. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes or until the water is mostly evaporated.
• Meanwhile, spread tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Top with half of the cheese, the beef mixture, and then the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with half of the green onions.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
• Remove the pan from the oven and add the remaining green onions & desired toppings. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

I went to the doctor today because I wasn't feeling real well yesterday and this morning, they did a chest x-ray and I have pheumonia!! I love nachos. Yours looked so good. We grew some banana peppers this summer and love them in deli sandwiches, but putting them on nachos sounds like a great idea! The mic makes you sound a little muffled, but maybe its just where you are wearing it.

I love this. When we go to Taco Bell I always order the Nachos Bell Grande. It’s great with a few dollops of sour cream and the black olives, tomatoes and green onions just took it to the next level! This sure makes me want one. Calvin, you did a great job making this. God bless you and Marie.

Those nachos sure look good next time with your nachos buy you some sour cream on the side and some make you some homemade guacamole gets modificados and about three of them scrape out the inside and take out to sea and put some pico de gallo are onions tomatoes and jalapeno cut up and you can remove the seeds if you don't like the Heat squeeze some lime juice on all across of nachos once they been done and you talk about good but the line is what brings the taste out in them really well
