I'm new to building model car, can I use brush to paint the whole car body then polish it instead of spraying paint? cuz I don't have an appropriate place to spray

Unfortunately, without spraying paint, you will not be able to paint the model in a quality manner. At least from a can of paint, try to spray on the street near your house
