Pegasus versus Kalita

Now this is a true comparison for the Hario Pegasus. A lot of viewers asked a long time ago to compare the Pegasus to any flat bottom dripper, I didn't do it. it's an unfair comparison if i do that and this right here is the right and true comparison for the Hario Pegasus. Enjoy!

Hi Daryl! Although unrelated to the video, may I ask what for a tip regarding the ZP6. If I use the aeropess with the Hoffman recipe, what grind range can I play with on the ZP6? I calibrated my grinder to 0 as well

@@emil9131 if you use the zp6 on the aeropress it could be so clean that it tastes bland. You can try doing fast brews with medium fine(4-5) to fine(3-4) with 89-94deg C water to get more extraction. The temperature will depend on your beans. If they're dense and hard and light you can do up to 94 and if they're soft, less dense and medium you can go 88-89
