After reading Lou's book, I had to look up Black Sheep and found this song. So glad I did. His soul is exposed.

From Rochester N.Y. Lou's hometown, and Charlotte High School in the late 60's
and early 70's, I used to go to dances with Lou singing with his bands, Black Sheep
and Poor Heart. Almost every Friday or Saturday we'd have dances through the CTC
(Charlotte Teen Council) and Lou and those bands played many times.
Whether at Charlotte High, St. Georges on Stutson Street, Holy Cross,
or other churches near 42 School or up and down Lake Avenue. Only a
few years before Lou went off to Rock-N-Roll history. In the 80's I attended
a workshop he did on Christian Songwriting. He did great Christian recording
    then also. ✝❤

Thank you so much, Little Sister, for putting all these wonderful tracks together with beautiful images of Lou. Black Sheep were awesome, and this track is a neglected masterpiece. It is so unfortunate that they weren't able to continue after the van crash.

Here's a reality check: Ron Rocco wasn't the Black Sheep drummer.
Check your info before you claim anything.
(And yes, I know who actually was the drummer, but I'm curious who will guess the real drummer's name)

@@lady_in_blue83Wrong..Lou only played percussion for part of the song Headknocker with Foreigner in their earliest days..He started out as a percussionist with Black Sheep but switched to being their lead singer..he couldn't do both at the same time.🙄
