I've been doing 3-5 days fasting every week since August. I've lost 75 lbs so far. Every time I watch your videos, it's a big inspiration to meet my goal weight and finally join the military. Keep it up!
Dude! I love it! That is an inspiring story. I also started by doing 3 day fasts every other week. Congrats on the 75 pounds of weight loss. Stay strong and keep grinding. You final goal is in sight now!
Hey man, I wanted to let you know, I was able to lose the weight. I joined the military Army National Guard. I just got back home last month. I went from 345 lb to 220lb. I'm goal weight is 185 lb, then bulk. I'm working toward joining the Guard Special Force next year.
Thank you! That means a lot coming from you. You are really good at speaking from your heart in your videos. Your video where your are in the park and talking about helping people, it really inspired me. Thanks for the comment buddy!
I'm fasting right now, 5 days in so far. My goal is 30 days. I had a bad mental battle in my head craving food on the 3rd and 4th days. I kept dreaming about eating food. Not just that but my mom is a good cook, so i could smell what she is cooking. And it hurts me, knowing that i can't eat it. But today i feel different. I feel like i'm going to make it to my goal and i don't care about food as much. I've fasted before and it lasted to 12 days. So i got this.
Day 5! Let's go! The first 3 days are the hardest. I know the struggle you are talking about. the mental battle is the hardest part. That is where the best gains come from. Once I won that battle in my mind I started to feel like I could do anything. Stay strong brother! The smells too. My sense of smell was so sensitive. I had to try to avoid being around cooking food as much as possible. I'm sending you some positive fasting energy!
I did a 3 day dry fast a few years back, broke it with watermelon and coconut water I remember having tears in my eyes as I held and then prepared that watermelon.. a sacred moment for sure Gratitude and aliveness is the only way I can describe it
Awesome! Thank you. Yeah, this 7 day fast I was eating bad just before I started so I probably had some extra water weight that I lost in the first few days.
I’m fasting now, I was gonna start Jan 1st but I started early on December 27th up until now. I’m a trucker so it’s really hard to sit up and drive with no food but I’m doing it and I want to to keep going. I’m planning on doing a keto diet to continue on.
Nice! If you are already 5 days in it should have gotten a little easier after day 3. It sounds challenging, fasting being a trucker. Fasting is not for the faint of heart. That is what makes it so rewarding when you reach the end and you can say, I didn't go on a 3 week vacation and meditate in a resort for my fast, I worked my full time grind and still finished! Good luck!
Dude, you don't look 50 at all. Not trying to sound weird but you look damn good for your age lol seriously. I thought you were like 40. You look great.
That's awesome! Thank you! Turning 50 has really motivated me to go after some of these things I have been procrastinating all my life. I appreciate the comment!
i do innteriment fasting i only eat dinner 23/1 i lost 10 pounds 3/2 days first day i took dump lost 5.3 pounds on that second day i lost 2,8 third day i lost 2.3
That is so cool! I love OMAD as a maintenance diet for myself. I never feel cheated when I get to have my big meal at the end of the day and the morning are always easy for me anyway. I usually do a 4-5 hour eating window so I can have an evening snack also. Congrats on the gains! Keep grinding!
Thank you! The 6 pack is so close, lol. The plan is to do my next challenge to run a marathon on 1/15/2023, then back in the gym to finish the transformation!
This is a great question and I will address it in more detail with a video soon. The long term benefits I got from my fast were an increase to my willpower and a feeling I can do anything I set my mind to. My change in mindset has lasted. The weight loss is similar to weight loss on any diet where it only lasts as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle of a person at the lower weight.
Its not easy. I plan a date in the future and build up the anticipation. I do a 3 day prep where I only eat vegetables so by the time my day comes I have some momentum going into it.

How'd you lose the 75 Ibs? Did you do just drink water or eat nothing and drink nothing?
Everytime I Wanne break my fast early, I watch one of your videos. So inspiring ☕️
Yes! I love to hear that! Stay strong!

No one knows unless they have done it. "a sacred moment" is a great way to describe it.
Just watched your 21 day video, then came here. Pretty amazing results in half this time, this time around. Very cool!

@@brandonbaez7555 That's so cool. I know when ever I am fasting it helps to see other peoples fasting stories. Good luck on your fast!

I bet that watermelon is as juicy as it will ever taste lol.
Currently on day 5 and hoping to do something similar.
Words can't describe it. Congrats on day 5! Finish strong!
What happens when you start eating again? Surely the weight piles back on quickly?
I didnt know what concept of ur fast. Could give me a little bit enlighment? Ur basically eat or just dry fasting? I confused
Not dry fasting. I drank a lot of water, about 1 gallon each day. I did not eat any food during my fast.
Did you work out during this time?
Wow, you're such a good man
That is a nice thing to hear about yourself, thanks!

You gonna pick it back up and keep going? Not very far from getting that 6 pack

Do you feel like you're making long-term progress? You weighted about the same at the end of your last fast

How to start. I’m struggling. I start one day. Then eat at night. How y’all get past the first day
